Good sales. Great express lane. Was happy with sales guy Kent. He was funny and informative and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. He's a knowledgeable sales person and takes pride in his work and strives to make complete customer satisfaction even when it's not his sale. Would only work with him as my salesperson for my next purchase. Was satisfied with service up until I signed documents and picked up my truck. Once it was in my possession I got pushed off to the side repeatedly even though they had promised to have things repaired. Was in 3 times for repairs and repairs where never done. Waited 5 hours first visit and was ignored by my sales guy. I gave up with fighting with them. Was told the truck is safe and the rest doesn't matter. They didn't even have a loaner for my days even though was told multiple times and have emails to show they would guarantee me one. Went back for my oil change. Jp (express lane advisor) was great. Was very happy with express lane service. More

I don't know anything about suvs and Chris Mccuaig took the time to answer my questions thoroughly without making me feel dumb for asking them (as other dealerships had). As competitive as the market is I never felt pressured to make a snap decision. I am a commissioned salesperson and have high expectations when I make a large purchase and he surpassed them. Ken helped us with the financing and he was not only professional but alot of fun to deal with. Capital Dodge is lucky to have both Ken and Chris working for them. My husband and I recommend them to everyone we talk to and when we need another vehicle will come back to see them both. Good work guys! More
