I was impressed by the dedication of the staff in making this purchase one that I felt satisfied with. Most discussions were over texts or over the phone in a Safe and respectful way. My new Sorento was in implacable condition, and paperwork matters were handled promptly. First time I purchase a new car and don’t feel like going for a 10hour rest afterwards. We went into Kia thinking we were not going to be approved. We thought let’s give this a try because they are so friendly from the very beginning the receptionist is great and then we met with the ma approved. We thought let’s give this a try because they are so friendly from the very beginning the receptionist is great and then we met with the manager he was great then he introduced us to Cam. And then Cam made it happen with Steve and the rest of the team and they all worked very hard. I have bad credit and they made it happen. Now I have a beautiful SUV with all these tricks and new things! I’m so excited I just can’t hide it! So I honk my horn now! More

I visited Georgetown Kia looking for a used vehicle and ended up working with Cameron who was extremely helpful in making my decision process. His excellent customer service skills is what brought me back ended up working with Cameron who was extremely helpful in making my decision process. His excellent customer service skills is what brought me back to this location after visiting several other dealerships where I did not find the same level of customer service. Cameron walked me through the buying process, had good knowledge about the vehicles he showed me and told me exactly what to expect in regards to the work that would go into the car before I picked it. Not only did he live up to those expectations but he even noticed a few small details on the vehicle that I didn’t see and made sure they were taken care of. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend anyone to work with Cameron at Georgetown Kia! More

Bought a 2017 used Buick Envision After the deal was made the communication was very poor. I had to be the one to make contact to find out what was going on as it took 2 weeks to get t After the deal was made the communication was very poor. I had to be the one to make contact to find out what was going on as it took 2 weeks to get the vehicle after the deal was completed. They had to do a safety and replace the front struts as this was the hold up. They put used struts on the vehicle. I found this out when I requested the service report. The tires where worn but just passed the safety and they would not compensate for the tires. After one week there was a noise in the rear. Tires were out of alignment and a rear bearing had to be replaced. I did this at a local GM dealer because I live almost 2 hours away. They did pay for the repairs however they had agreed to pay for half of the tires but this was taken off when they paid for these repairs. After the first 2 weeks there was a wobble in the front end, it could be a tire or the CV joint. They do not want to have any responsibility for this. Comments I got back was that it was a used vehicle and even a new vehicle will not track on the road if you let go of the steering wheel. Also on the 4th week I noticed the rear A/C was not working. Could be controls in the dash board. When I was purchasing the vehicle I was told the GM warranty was still good. They did not tell me that it only covered the drive train. Overall this was not a good experience buying this vehicle from a Kia dealership. More
