Our inquiries were forwarded to Brandon and he dealt with us from that point on. Brandon was professional and most importantly to us, he LISTENED to what we said and asked. We asked that the price quoted include everything (all extra fees) except HST and Brandon delivered! (This seems like a simple enough request but it had been our experience up until meeting Brandon, that no sales person was willing to be this upfront and honest with the REAL numbers.) We appreciated that we were given a price and that there were no games. The price was the price and no one was trying to trick us into a higher price by playing with numbers or suddenly including a non-optional fee. We were relieved to finally find a sales person who was genuine and did not pretend to want to get to know us with fake interest only so he could tell us what we wanted in a car. Brandon actually listened to what we wanted to buy and did not have a hidden agenda to talk us into something that he wanted to sell. A highlight in our visit to Southbank with Brandon was that we were encouraged to take a test drive in the vehicle by ourselves (no tag along sales person listening to every work and making it difficult to have an open and frank discussion about the vehicle, the options and the price). After a day spent at various Ottawa area dealerships looking at a variety of vehicles and feeling frustrated by insincere sales personnel who didn't r After a day spent at various Ottawa area dealerships looking at a variety of vehicles and feeling frustrated by insincere sales personnel who didn't respect appointment times, knew less about their vehicles than we did, did not take the time to listen to and respect our needs and budget, we nearly didn't keep our last appointment of the day - SO glad we persevered and ended up going to meet with Brandon Dallaire at South Bank!!! From the moment we walked in, every person we interacted with was genuine, friendly and professional. We were up-front with Brandon that we were there more out of curiosity about an ad we'd heard on the radio advertising an amazing deal on in-stock trucks that we couldn't resist checking out, but assuming our budget would likely still not stretch quite to a truck just yet. Regardless, he took the time to explain the promotions available in a non-pushy way, but MOST importantly, to listen to what we would be interested in and what our budget was to see if he might have any options that would work. After some initial discussion, he set us up with a test drive, and after some additional discussions following that, was able to zero-in on a perfect option for us that included only the features that were important to us, and none that weren't, bringing it all together to meet our budget. We never once felt pressured or 'wheeled and dealed' like so many other dealerships, and Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about their products - it felt like buying a truck from a 'truck guy' - someone who didn't just sell them, but loved them and was committed to finding the right truck for us, rather than just trying to make a sale, any sale. There was no predictable, drawn out back-and-forth or 'I gotta go beg to get you a deal' game-play - just straight forward discussions and resulting quotes. What a REFRESHING dealership experience!!! Once Brandon found us the perfect vehicle and price, we dealt with Mary Josee Haviland for the financing piece and she was also very genuine, knowledgeable (even though she was only a couple of weeks in with this particular dealership!) and efficient. She was able to provide the answers to all of our questions either directly or knew exactly where to look/who to ask. She provided good information and clear explanations and instructions. Last but not least, we returned the next day following purchase to ask a few questions about accessories and some follow-ups about maintenance packages we were interested in pursuing - as it was Brandon's day off, we spoke with Bruce Cameron who was also extremely professional, helpful and above all, knowledgeable! From start to finish, our experience with South Bank was REFRESHING and enjoyable - these professionals really know how to take care of their customers - best vehicle-buying experience we've ever had! If you're looking to deal with genuine, knowledgeable and professional people for your car-buying experience, South Bank is the place to go!!! More

I was wrong - Brandon and Bruce were attentive and informative and - the part that impressed me the most - they realized that I needed to make the decision in my own time. No pressure. So 2 days later, despite Brandon's old sad chairs, I was back - and purchased a 2017 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited that day. Thank you Brandon, Bruce and Ivan. I purchased my original 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited from them and was completely satisfied. Brandon and Bruce were amazing to talk with and make a deal with. They were attentive and personable. My friend also got the information she needed to help her make a new vehicle decision without feeling any pressure from either Brandon or Bruce. Likewise Christopher was professional, personable and very knowledgeable without being "pushy". Two days after I purchased my new 2017 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited my friend came back with me and she purchased her own 2017 Wrangle Sahara Unlimited! That's just how great the buying experience was for us! We picked up our new vehicles on Saturday April 22nd and couldn't have been happier. Thank You Brandon, Bruce and SouthBank Dodge. I was looking for my dream car, a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and every dealer I went to would tell me it'd be impossible to find at the price I want I was looking for my dream car, a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and every dealer I went to would tell me it'd be impossible to find at the price I wanted it, as it was late in the year. Brandon and his team managed not only to find me my dream car, but they found an extremely rare version of it.. the 75th anniversary edition. Such a beautiful car, and I'm in love with it. Extremely easy and comfortable experience, would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Jeep. More
