The financing process was also smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the expertise of the finance team, Joseph Castelluccio and Carol Buckwald. They were both transparent about all costs and fees, and worked hard to ensure that I received a fair deal. They took the time to explain all of my financing options and answer any questions that I had, which made me feel confident and informed throughout the process. Once the paperwork was complete, the team at Erinwood Ford made sure that my new F150 was ready for me to drive off the lot. They walked me through all of the features and controls, and even took the time to sync my phone to the truck's infotainment system.
