Worst Experience ever, very incompetent staff, poor service! Will never go back to that dealership, not only was the car sold defective, they would not take it back or even repair it properly. Took multiple service attempts just to swap a set of tires, and over 1 week in service, staff was unable to balance them and install properly. I went to another professional tire shop and they saw the workmanship from Erinwood Ford on my car's tires, they called it "art of butchery". Nevertheless the problem is still not resolved and car is shaking on the highway since new. The vehicle has a mechanical problem which the Erinwood Ford service staff was unable to figure out. Ford of Canada was contacted and are useless as well. Will never buy Ford again and would definitely stay clear of this place. More

He was a great sounding board for me as I was considering what to do. I have 2 teenage drivers and both in/on their way to University . I ended up purchasing a used vehicle 3 weeks later to save $ ( not from Erinwood but from a friend). After 2 weeks I realized it wasn't the car for me but knew I would lose$ trading it in...I called a few dealerships and when Martin said to bring the car over to assess it ,he and Brad Cruickshank, were able to come up with what I thought was a reasonable offer. No need to run around as I really felt like they cared. I know sales need to be made but it sure didn't feel like it. Robyn Barrett was so easy to chat with even though it was extra extra busy being the end of the month. She was great explaining all the financing and I am the VERY proud owner of an awesome 2017 Ford Escape. ( nicest one on the road!!!) Thank you Robyn , Brad and Martin for making my 50th birthday gift to myself the best ever....I would highly recommend Erinwood and these great staff to anyone who may read this. More

From beginning to end, our salesman Martin Menzies was the consummate professional; taking his time to fully explain all of our questions both in person and in my dozens of texts, all of which were promptly replied to within a few minutes! Martin constantly stayed in touch during the whole process and never once did I have to 'chase' him for an answer. Martin you're #1! One can immediately see why Erinwood Ford is one of Canada's top selling dealers; from the moment you walk in all staff are friendly and greet you with a smile regardless if they are waiting on you or not. The new car dealers are not your ordinary 'salesmen'. You are treated as a person, as if you are family. Not once did I feel pressured by any of the staff. My wife and I simply cannot say enough good things about Erinwood. In my opinion, Ford dealers west of Mississauga need to visit Erinwood and see how a real dealership treats its customers; with kindness and respect. My 2017 Ford Escape had more features than anticipated for my budget, including the "winter tire package" as our GTA roads can be very challenging in the winter months.
