He helped me to choose which model should I take. Once I got the car, he assisted me on setting up the car and to know more about its features. Farid is the best! He did not apply any sales pressure, but rather just answered questions. Bill is the type of person who got to understand what we wanted, and helped us with our decision without making us feel obligated. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Equinox, and when it was ready for pick up, he made sure we were comfortable with all the controls and options. He was also very insistent that we give him a call at any time if we had any concerns at all. With Bill's help, we had a very enjoyable experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering making a purchase. Bill, and all the staff he introduced us to, were very friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to service to financial and the management team. More

I first went to Bill in October 2014 to look at some vehicles. Although I did not buy a vehicle then, for various reasons, I was impressed with Bill that when I was again in the market looking for a vehicle about a week ago, I went back to Bill. The sales process was low key and yet comprehensive and Bill explained everything that there was to about the vehicle. I am totally satisfied today.
