Ernest Shanley was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer any question that I threw at him. When I didn't decide to purchase on my first visit to the dealership he didn't badge product and was able to answer any question that I threw at him. When I didn't decide to purchase on my first visit to the dealership he didn't badger me to make a pressured sale I wasn't ready to commit to, instead he waited professionally for me to return a few months later when I was ready. He then took care of me in a very professional manner with timely and attentive follow up. I would highly recommend using Ernest for your next car purchase. More

The Sales Rep was very helpful and was understanding of my budget. He had wonderful customer service. However the service area did not know anything about my 2 appoinments prior to buying my new car and ge my budget. He had wonderful customer service. However the service area did not know anything about my 2 appoinments prior to buying my new car and getting my final checks on my old car. Ernest did an excellent job and Bounsay was helpful, but teh rest of the team I delt with didn't know what was going on or why I was there, including sitting and waiting in the front area for 30 mins before someone found out that my apt I had was with someone who wasn't in that day. More

Bounsay gave me flowers for my purchase which adds the personalized touch for a female customer purchasing. Communication was very open and never felt uptight.
