We met Nick, who was very nice and knowledgeable, taking his time with me , and searched hard for a vehicle that suited my requests. He managed to find a perfect match for me, and I'm very happy with my new Jeep! I would definitely request Nick's assistance next time! This is the second Jeep I've bought from this location, and both have been great experiences. I dealt with Peter twice, who was great both times as well- great sense of humour! Rushed, uninformed purchase Where to begin. The salesman wasn't aware of many of the features of the vehicle. For example, he didn't know that the BluRay player came with a remot Where to begin. The salesman wasn't aware of many of the features of the vehicle. For example, he didn't know that the BluRay player came with a remote control, didn't know how to adjust the rear heat properly, wasn't sure what was covered under warranty (such as the bluetooth headsets), etc. Even worse was the financing manager. We weren't presented with any options such as what day to start payments, what week, price difference insurance (to pay out the loan in case of an accident) on the loan...quite literally the only interactive bits of the sale. He didn't ask to schedule the undercoat we purchased after it was sold until we called the finance manager to find out how we were supposed to get it applied. We had to chase the financing company ourselves to change the payment date. All of this left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd be very hesitant to purchase here again. We ended up purchasing the vehicle as the other agents that could obtain it were even worse but definitely was not even close to on par with the experience we had buying our Chevrolet Cruze(s) from O'Regans. With that purchase, the undercoat was booked right away, we were given a very high level of flexibility in regards to the payment structure and schedule, and the salesman knew the ins and outs of the vehicles we were purchasing. More
