He didn't rush me into the first vehicle he found that fit the criteria, he found what I wanted and then compared it to other selections on the lot and picked the once he knew would fit our needs and lifestyle the best. His knowledge and experience were apparent during the test drive and while he was doing the final check list when we picked up the car. I've never had a better buying experience. Bill was our 'money man'. The most stressful part of any purchase and Bill made it feel like we were meeting with a long time friend. He provided us with some excellent advice, gave us all the options available that met our budget and helped us make financial choices that were sound and would protect our investment. Excellent Buying Experience and Customer Service figured the best time to purchase my new truck was the end of year - Dec 31. Factory promotions, dealer motivated to make a deal, etc. :) first contacted them on Dec 30 for a test drive with my wife and daughter. we were treated very professionally and Brad did a great job helping me determine where we might land on numbers. Bought the truck on the 31st and paid what I believe is a fair price - with a trade-in it is always more complex. They managed to get this brand new 2017 Ram 1500 sport cleaned and MVI'd before I arrived at 3 pm. Too much paperwork but that is not their fault. Bill was great walking thru all of it, a no pressure sales style that allowed me to understand the pros & cons of all the optional coverages. Highly recommend you visit Brad if you are looking for a car or truck. 5 out of 5! More

When I arrived he had a few cars for me to test drive that he thought I would like, and I'm glad he did because I did not like how the Toyota felt while driving it. I saw a Hyundai veloster that I liked while browsing the website but thought that it was a standard from the specs given. We looked inside and saw it was an automatic and ended up taking that car out for a drive and it ended up being the car I purchased! Chris was very patient with me and my indecisiveness of the other cars I test drove and I'm very happy that I found the veloster More

I went in with a vehicle in mind fresh off trade in and needed s Chris S was a great help, friendly and made the experience both fun and comfortable. I went in with a vehicle in mind fresh off trade in and needed significant detailing, however it did not deter from taking for a test drive. After the test drive, it took mere minutes to agree on a price and term and seal the deal. All terms and conditions were clearly laid out and upon pick up, found out that what I was told and bought was exactly what I got. As for the truck that needed significant detailing came back spotless. My wife has already been in to look at new vehicle options as a result of this experience. More
