We were in the market for a vehicle for our 21 year old grandson, who attends University. We, naturally, went straight to ToyotaTown. There we met Baz Afara. We told him what we were looking for, and what we wanted to consider and see. Baz was most helpful, interested to help us, and offered a few suggestions of his own. Another salesperson, Ken Yates, that we've known previously, suggested that a "lightly-used" vehicle might suit our need perfectly. And that was what we purchased. The entire experience was smooth, without complication. The wonderful people at ToyotaTown did everything to expedite and process, and they presented us with a vehicle that looked, felt, and even smelled like a brand new car, even though it is two years old -- such a great detailing job they did.
