Henry did a fine job of introducing us to the 2014 Cadillac CTS attributes and communicating our concerns to Craig. Craig handled the negotiation aspects in a professional manner and offered extra help if needed. Bounsay helped to seal the deal with his suggestions re paint protection, undercoating, leather protection and extended warranty. Basil took us through the paper signing ceremony and did an excellent job of showing us how to use the many options the car had. Both Henry and Basil reacted promptly to follow up questions. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted in a vehicle and met with Craig Taylor. His knowledge of the industry and transparent approach to letting me know what my options were was fantastic. At no time did I feel he or his team were steering me in a direction that I wasn't completely comfortable. I left, came back, had a bunch of questions - all handled with respect and patience. When it came time for delivery, Basil walked me through the process with ease and explained all of the different features of the vehicle. Before I left, I was introduced to the service manager and had a tour of the facilities. These guys and this dealership are professional all the way. No hesitation to recommend them to close friends and family. More

Both times our salesman has been Basil Silas and we have been very pleased to be in his excellent hands. Basil is very accommodating and goes the extra "kilometre" to make sure that you are happy and satisfied with your vehicle. We have also been taking our cars to Budds'for many years and have always been happy with the service. We will certainly continue to do so.
