I returned to see Basil Silas who was the same salesperson that sold me my first Cadillac. Unlike other dealers who have an extraordinary turnover rate, Budds’ does not which is a good sign for a dealership, or any company for that matter. Anyway, Basil is very knowledgeable on the Cadillac brand, explained every detail to me about my new car as well as well as setting up my OnStar service with me. He even insisted on pairing my cell phone to my car for what he said were safety reasons. Covered everything from A-Z. I would also like to give praise to Rob Powell as well as Shane Maginnis for their excellent service too! One last person I would like to give praise is the Cadillac concierge, Juan Orozco. Juan is a main reason why I purchased my second Cadillac at Budds’. To the owners at Budds’: please look after Juan because he is your most prized asset there. You are all great but Juan is your after sales person and he looks after us with class, integrity and respect. Thank you for another great experience purchasing from you! More

I would highly recommend him if your looking for a new or used car. Robert Powell the Business Manager that I dealt with was extremely helpful and courteous. He put together a deal that was perfect for me and supplied me with the financial details in a clear concise manner. Again with a no pressure approach. He listened to me and my family and got me the best deal for my needs. I must also mention Juan from Service. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He answered my questions after I purchased the vehicle and his demeanour is so friendly and unassuming that I know I will always use this dealership for all my service needs. More

Enjoyed talking and getting details oN the XTS with Basil. Basil was knowledgeable on the vehicle and was easy to negotiate a deal that suited us both and took my trade in at a good price. Didn’t find the warranty discussions as easy, found them to be rushed and going through the many options ended up with a more expensive one than I thought we’d gone over the previous day with Rob Powel. There was a couple of things that the shop missed when we came to pick up the car and Basil is trying to get them resolved sometime this next week, a paint chip and scratch on the rear bumper. The OnStar review stated that the oil had only 20% left before a change was needed. (it dose look like the oil is fairly new so may have been that the mechanic had just not reset the computer). Also looked like the detailing hadn’t been completely done, so over all not a bad experience. More

Not only did I get an amazing vehicle but they went above and beyond by replacing the brakes, wheels and tires as well as a few other miscellaneous pieces, all while maintaining the same price. I never expected such incredible customer service for such an affordable vehicle. Basil, our sales person was awesome and ensured we were satisfied throughout the process and I can confidently recommend Budds to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a great experience. Thank you!
