Genuine and Friendly I was able to speak with Gabriel over the phone to get a good idea for the cost of the vehicle. When my wife and I were able to make it into the deale I was able to speak with Gabriel over the phone to get a good idea for the cost of the vehicle. When my wife and I were able to make it into the dealership, Gabriel had a day off, and was getting things squared away at home in preparation for a new addition to his family. All of the paperwork was left ready and waiting for us with Bruno. Bruno talked more about life with my wife and I than he did about purchasing a vehicle. There was zero pressure and there was nothing phoney, as case be the case in car sales. Bond was polite, and was knowledgable with the financing end of things. We don't often buy cars, but this experience has made it a less daunting task. On our way home my wife said about Bruno, "I'd buy another car from him." More

Friendly. 2. Pleasant. 3. Easy to deal with: called for an appointment, bought a a car the next day, no hassle. Opportunity for improvement: 1. Slow response time ... I needed to follow up multiple times for answers. 2. Salesperson made decisions on my behalf that I didn't approve and were not in my favour. 3. Salesman needs to be better educated on the car he sold us. Told us we'd get more features then we did. In his words, "you're getting the highest top-end model, it'll have everything advertised". It didn't... not a make it or break it kind of thing, but definitely left a bad taste for us. Shame on us for trusting a dealer and not double-checking ourselves... A lesson learned for next time. Overall: We're happy with the car, not the experience. This is my third new Dodge/Chrysler vehicle and I wish I went to my previous dealer. I will make it a point to tell friends, family and neighbours to buy a Chrysler Hybrid but stay away from Peel Chyrstler. I will be getting the vehicle serviced at a different dealership. More
