Jason DeFelice provided me with an outstanding customer experience at your dealership. My 2016 Toyota Highlander Limited won't start and had to be towed to your dealership. I was welcomed so warmly by Jason who is a service advisor. From the get go, he demonstrated the highest level of technical competence and professionalism. He was very friendly, was willing to go the extra mile which I very much appreciate. The issues being exhibited by my vehicle was quickly diagnosed and repaired without an appointment. I will always recommend this dealership to friends. Because of him, I am in the process of buying a new Highlander from this dealership.
