We were presented with a couple options, both of which we checked out thoroughly, then test drove the one we felt best fit our needs. We returned from our test drive and sat down to discuss a deal. The final deal met to our complete satisfaction and my trade-in value was almost exactly what I was hoping to get. Jacqueline was very pleasant and professional a complete joy to do business with. After mulling over many trucks she held it together with us and it resulted in not getting an Lt Truck but purchasing an LTZ Silverado Truck loaded, now if you knew me this was not going to happen when we walked in the door, but we did and we love it. I can honestly that we will stay friends, you never know were life points you but it pointed us to Paul Sadlon and not only did we get a fantastic truck, but we also gained a fantatic friend ! WAY TO GO GIRLFRIEND More

excellent sales experience with Jacquilline excellent sales and service, We walked into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted but gave Jacqueline a hard time. We walked it 15 minutes excellent sales and service, We walked into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted but gave Jacqueline a hard time. We walked it 15 minutes before closing wanted to see the farthest truck away from the dealership and she was so good at keeping herself happy and smiling all the way through the process. We bought the 2017 GMC jacked up sierra, On the day we picked up the vehicle the radio wasn't working and the front license plate was unable to be put on cause it was a dealer trade from Quebec. We were told we could leave the truck there and they could fix it the following day but made the decision we wanted it home. Jacqueline then told us she would come in on her day off to have the problems fixed. We brought the truck in and had the repairs done, took some time to be completed but it got done and didn't have to return to have parts installed after ordered. Simon did an awesome job getting the module in and fixed and apolozized for the amount of time it took.. Had a very good time chilling with Jacqueline for the 3 hours I was there and made a new friend. Highly recommend this dealership More

After the misfortune of having my vehicle written off in an accident the other guys (No names used) were not remotely interested in cutting me.any breaks or helping me find a.replacement vehicle other than stock from their daily rentals that were proven to be OVER PRICED . After a quick glance over the lot at Paul Sadlon MOTORS. I was approached by Jeff Hamilton who was very helpful in answering questions without a hard sell attitude..we ultimately formed a business relationship and came.to the perfect match of affordability to me and a.modest.profit for his employer. Coming from a sales.backgroung myself we both knew it was all about give and take on both sides for a mutually agreeable sale. I got the chance to meet the Infamous Mr Sadlon Sr. And was personally welcomed home . Not all deals go smooth but i feel that this dealership does its best to make you feel like extended family and has thus far found the perfect blend of give and take..they are also known for "making it right" should you ever feel that something went amiss along the way. I have found every one here a pleasure to deal with. No pressure sales. No xx ..you might even call it a HONEY OF A DEAL. I hope my next review earns them the 5 star. Terrible dealership ! Do not deal with it! After they got your money they momentarily forget about you. Never pick up the phone, never answer by email etc. I've bought th ! Do not deal with it! They said they'll fix one paint issue, they did not. In one month car started falling apart. They said they did safety test, but obviously they did not. Shocks, seals never were replaced since the car was produced, same as tires and all suspension, transmission oil etc. Especially i admire this fraud company IA SAL which extended warranty they so persuasively sell. Your powertrain will be fully covered they said. First claim - refused to replace parts which were under this warranty. Second claim(another under warranty case) - refused. Dealing with Paul Sadlon was the worst experience in Canada i've ever had... Save your time, money and brain cells, never deal with them. More
