My expectations in what a dealership should be were exceeded at Paul Sadlon in choices of vehicle, staff attitude and knowledge, and comfort in the buying process. I was so comfortable in my discussions and options/decisions with with the staff, that I ended up buying a very different vehicle a few days later than what I walked in the door to buy! The low-pressure environment is working for you Paul Sadlon, keep it up! I was able to have time to look at the different vehicles before I entered the store. When I did I was treated by a salesman named Mac Cameron, super nice guys and not pushy. Mac asked us simple questions as to which car we were interested in. Next thing he was grabbing keys and we were hunting for my toasted marshmallow spark. When we found the vehicle Mac told me to test drive it and he would have paper work ready. After a short conversation I was being congratulated by Mac and pdf to speak with the business manager to finalize everything. I had a great experience with Paul Sadlon dealership and my Sales Rep Mac! Thank you! More

In dealing with Matt Wiggins, I felt compelled to share such a positive purchasing experience. I was looking for a pick up, but only when there was a great deal. I wasn’t sold on a particular brand. I get a corporate discounts with Chrysler/Ram and Ford. I heard the radio adds for the Paul Sadlon Costco sale. I did an internet inquiry and Matt sent me a text from his personal phone asking if I had any questions to call, text or stop in. No rush, no pressure. Matt is very friendly, fun, but most of all very honest and product knowledgeable! We had never met her previously - just happened to call the dealership yesterday morning, since they had an excellent inventory of the vehicle type we were looking for. She was enthusiastic, helpful and very responsive at all times, and completed our transaction same day. (We live 1.5 hours from the dealership). Right from the initial introduction in the morning to taking delivery early evening, everything was executed very professionally and with none of the pressure points you sometimes experience during a new vehicle purchase. I should also mention Angie from the finance department who provided an excellent experience as well. My family’s expectations for customer service are high, and there was nothing in our experience with Paul Sadlon Motors, and Jacqueline Hall specifically, for which I could offer anything less than 5 stars. Overall a great experience. We went into the dealership to look at pickup trucks. Saw one in the showroom we liked. A 2017 GMC Sierra demo with only 11,000 Km.on it. I was welcomed by a courteous staff and most particularly Jacqueline Hall. Even though I wasn't totally ready to make a deal, she answered all my questions and showed me the car I was interested in. From May to July I was in touch with Jacqueline until I decided to visit Paul Sadlon Motors again . Jacqueline was professional and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. The best thing is that Jacqueline went out of her way to create a banner saying happy birthday which I will put on the car, as this purchase was a surprise for my wife for her birthday. She showed excitement for what I was planning and that indicated me to me that she cared about her customer. Angie in financing was also excited about my plans and she was so pleasant she even laughed at my jokes LOL.. Beside the friendly environment from all staff Paul Sadlon Motors, through Jacqueline matched any price I could find online. I will visit with my wife next time I'm in Barrie and will send Jacqueline a few pics from the birthday party. I feel I made some friends at Paul Sadlon Motors.
