When I came in with my husband f I have always wanted a Fiat 500, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Andreanne. When I came in with my husband for a quick look and drool at the new Fiat lineup, I had no idea I was going to be walking out the proud owner of a brand new 500c. There was absolutely no pressure from Andreanne at all, just patient listening and understanding. She was extremely knowledgable and friendly, always ready to answer any questions we had. I'm sure my desire to buy the car was apparent, but at no time did Andreanne try to take advantage of my excitement. This has been, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Although it was frustrating trying to negotiate a price with her manager (and my mother and I are not 'girls'!), she still came out the good guy.
