Amazing service! I went into Erinwood ford, looking to upgrade my vehicle to a bigger family car. Ali listened to what I was looking for and showed me what they have. He was amazing and at no point did I feel like i was being pressured into a sale or into a car that wasn't fit for myself and my family. He gave his honest opinion and was overall amazing! When I first arrived at the dealership I wasn't sure as to what car I was looking for. I have never bought a vehicle through a dealership before, and was not sure as to what steps to take to find the one for me. Ali assured me that he would help me find the right vehicle even if it meant pointing me in a different direction. I then realized that Ali's main purpose was not making a quick sale, it was about making customers satisfied. With his experience Ali was very patient with me and gave me all the information I needed to pick the perfect vehicle. I never felt rushed or forced into anything from the beginning to the final signing of paperwork. Even though the car has already been purchased Ali still keeps in touch to make sure everything is stellar. You will not find another dealer more passionate and sincere than Ali. Ali Sharafeldin allowed us to took the cars out our own, so we could check them out at our own pace. After we found the one we wanted, we sat down to negotiate price. Like any car dealerships, it took a few rounds of back and forth between us and Ali's manager, Nick (he was very friendly). At the end, we were indifferent between this car and our alternative in another dealership. However, we decided to go with Ali, because we felt that he really deserved our business. More

We were greeted by Ali Sharafeldin, a truly professional and friendly sales person who took the time to exhibit all the options for used and new cars.in a few minutes, we were able to decide on the new Escape. The beauty was lying in the middle of the showroom and it did not take Ali much effort to sell us that car. We immediately fell in love with the vehicle after he started highlighting all the features in this magnificent ride. George Hill and Nick Palalas worked on the payment with us till we were comfortable with payment and terms. We felt we were in the middle of a happy family with integrated team who work together to maintain happy and loyal customers. The service we received at the dealership wa My family recently purchased a 2010 Ford Flex from Ali Sharafeldin at Erinwood Ford. The car is pristine. The service we received at the dealership was fancier than the car. The way Ali took care of us as customers from the search to the sale and even during a recent repair the car needed, was really amazing. We felt as though we were friends (we are friends!) but it's as though he was buying the car with us. It was as though the car was his! 3 weeks later the car had a few things that needed to be sorted out. As a customer I stomped back to Ford expecting some tension and excuses about I don't know what. Instead I was treated like a VIP! They took my car and made sure that I wasn't left without one. So like any situation similar to this one the customer gets a rental car. The rental shop was closed and I didn't have a car! Was Ieft standing? No! They fetched around until they got me a car to use until I mine was fixed. It was over all a great experience. My next Ford car is definitely coming from this dealership! Thank you Nick and Thank you Ali! Best Regards. More

I am sixty-seven years old and I have purchased a lot of cars in the last forty or so years for myself, my wife and our three kids and I can say without hesitation that we have never had as great an experience buying a car as we did at Erinwood Ford with Ali Sharafeldin. He was unbelievably patient with all of our questions, courteous to the extreme, and bent over backwards to do everything he could for us. There was never ever a hint of pressure or urging us to buy, it was nothing but straightforward honesty and friendliness. Not only did we get exactly the car we wanted at a price better than we had hoped for, both my wife and I left feeling we had made a new friend in Toronto, and we told Ali so. In point of fact, we actually made two new friends. We were from out of province and to help us with shipping and other details Ali introduced us to Nick Palalas, Director of Marketing and Sales at Erinwood Ford. Nick was equally wonderful and worked with Ali to sort out all of the out-of-province licensing, shipping, sales tax, etc. You name it, they did everything they could for us to make it an enjoyable experience. And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that a large part of what made the experience so enjoyable was not only their great personalities, but their wonderful senses of humour.
