Ali took the time to understand our vehicle requirements and price point. Ali used his years of experience to answer all our questions, and to describe the pros and cons of some of the vehicle choices we were considering. Once we settled on a vehicle, we were given the time to have a thorough look at the car, and test drive to ensure we were comfortable with the vehicle we were about to purchase. Adam was quite helpful in reviewing the warranty choices and completing the necessary paperwork to complete the sale. The car was ready ahead of schedule, with all requests completed. The team of Ali and Adam made this car buying experience truly a pleasurable one. Erinwood Ford was the first location we visited in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle because of their reputation; Ali was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and no sales pressure made for a comfortable e purchasing a pre-owned vehicle because of their reputation; Ali was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and no sales pressure made for a comfortable environment. Less than 2-weeks after picking up the vehicle, the engine light came on; however, the after sales service from Ali and his manager Mike were exceptional. Ali quickly returned our calls and followed up to ensure we were not forgotten, he also said "we'll take care of the problem" which they did. The diagnosis was a thermometer problem; the part was replaced and vehicle ready in less than 1-day! I would highly recommend Erinwood Ford and Ali for your business because they truly stand behind their certified vehicles! Thank you Ali and Mike!!! More
