Keep Calm and SCION I have had over seven years with Charlesglen Toyota. I took my two year old Toyota (2008) to them (not bought from them but bought used at one year from a car lot elsewhere) and for the past seven years they serviced it and I trusted their opinion. They never once tried to oversell me on a requirement. They helped me prioritize what needed to be done to make it economical. Their continued great service - shuttle rides, pleasant waiting atmosphere with free newspapers and coffee/tea made it easy. In addition, their "AutoRewards" program was another draw. I bought this program over seven years ago (for about $60 and it is still the same price today I believe) and this gave me bonus coupons ($50 and $100 at their store which I used for windshield wiper fluid, wipers etc.) It also let me accumulate points towards a new vehicle (used or new) as as my points were to expire this July, I thought I should take a look. Bought a 2012 Scion and got delivery last night. I couldn't be happier. I was able to use my autoRewards, do a trade in and have a NO PRESSURE sale from them about what I was getting. I ended up using over $1100 in Auto Rewards that would come off the direct purchase of the cost of the vehicle and the trade in price was fair. I wanted some special decals on my car that they had in stock and they were AWESOME in making sure I got them. From the salesman (Garnett - ask for him) to the finance agency to the license area - they were all so courteous and helpful. If you want a NO STRESS experience this is the place to go. They truly care about providing you with the car you need ... not just selling a vehicle. I'm hooked and they have my business for long into the future. More

Amiable, Helpful & Honest Folks at Charlesglen Toyota 26-May-2016! It was our first visit to Charlesglen Toyota. A friendly salesperson Garnett Lund greeted us and took us around to show us the specials that we asked for. As soon as he showed us a 4-year old Sienna, still in very good condition, our eyes and minds were fixated on it while Garnett elucidated its many features. We found Garnett a very amicable and honest person that we could trust right away. He suggested that we go for a test drive. Throughout the drive through a beautiful landscape that he took us he would point us to try different buttons and implements that made the ride very comfortable and pleasurable. We appreciate Garnett's candour and for getting a few little wants addressed with no hesitation. When we came to pick up the vehicle on Tue., 31 May, the vehicle looked almost brand new. We commend Alex Keong too for his sincerity and honesty while getting attractive financing terms for us. Last but not the least, the guy who entertained us with stories and humour before giving us the keys is Jim McAlorum. Thank you Jim for making us feel relaxed before we signed the big purchase. I have always felt completely looked after whenever I've gone to Charlesglen Toyota, including when I've gone for the regular service visits. I love my new car even though I was sad to let go of my old one. My sales person, Hala, was very patient and understanding and she listened very carefully to my concerns and desires. She made sure she addressed them thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pressured because she really wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I very definitely recommend her for a sales rep. All the rest of the staff that I dealt with in the process of the delivery were just as caring, patient, attentive, and very pleasant. There really is a friendly atmosphere and everyone there sincerely wants to make you happy. I enjoyed a few laughs along the way. More
