The experience and treatment I received from Gerogetown Kia and its representative has been in honesty, one of the worst experiences of my life. It has been something I will never forget and I will never deal with this dealership or any others from the car nation family of dealerships. The amount of stress and duress I have been in these last few days was never worth the car. Never again. Hopefully my story can save a others from having to go through this. To make a very long story short - they completely screwed up my financing paper work, sold me a car without financing approved. ownership, plates insurance on the vehicle and in my name and I drove it home. The next day I was told while at work and in meetings 'till 7:00pm that I needed to provide personal financial information ( I was not told this before, not even once) for loan ( sub-prime) I told the business manager I was at work and would deal with it when I could but it probably would not be that night. The next morning the same sales manager apparently instructed by HIS BOSS, showed up at my place of work ( I had the day off) and questioned my co-workers demanding they give him my pay-stubs and a letter of employment and he wanted to speak to my boss. SO UNPROFESSIONAL NOT TO MENTION ILLEGAL. I was never told I needed to provide it until the night before, and was not given adequate time to produce the information. After he could not get any info from them he proceeded to drive to my house ( an hour away from my place of work) and tried to force me to give him my financial information at home. At that point I decided it was time to consult a lawyer. After the amount of duress, stress and infringement on my personal privacy that took place I did not want the car. Something that could have been handled in a professional diplomatic way was handled in an utter disgusting and tactless manner. I was not even offered a face-to-face apology and when I drove the car back, the sales manager who caused this mess along with the guy who sold me the car hid in the back. Shame on all of you at Georgetown Kia. More

Customer service and friendliness were top notch! The guys had me laughing. There was no big pressure which was excellent. Pressure would have turned me off and I would not have purchased a vehicle her guys had me laughing. There was no big pressure which was excellent. Not too crazy about the fix on the side of the car - touch up paint looks a bit shabby. Adrian - excellent on sales and follow up - meticulous. Chris - excellent delivery - very personal - wanted to ensure my happiness - nice talking to you! Rob - Great job doing your job - with a smile :) Michelle - nice enough - knows her stuff - but is crusty. Overall I had a great experience with these folks and would not hesitate to return here! More

I have always worked to the rule "if it's not broke don't fix it". I have purchased many cars and I can honestly say that I was treated extremely well at this dealership. Dealing with Adrian and the original purchase was great at the Used vehicle location, Went down hill from there. Was sold this 'wonderful' nitro tire warranty, being told "something happens to the tire, ju at the Used vehicle location, Went down hill from there. Was sold this 'wonderful' nitro tire warranty, being told "something happens to the tire, just call and it is looked after" Not quite. Got a flat while driving on the highway, called service to see if I had roadside assistance or towing, was told no (I do). Was told to get the car towed to their location at my expense and they would look at it. I was in Milton, location is Georgetown. Found someone to change that tire (at my expense), called and was told to go to the new location and they would look after me, to be there at 5pm. I arrived and approx 10 to 5 and was told I was too early. Finally vehicle was looked at and was told the tire could not be fixed, it would have to be replaced, they did not have a tire and would call the next day and quote me prices, oh and I would have to pay up front and "hopefully" be reimbursed in 6-8 weeks, something they neglected to tell me when they were selling me on it. Was called the next day by Andrew who quoted me $140 to replace the tire, including installation, I agreed because I had no choice. Waited for about an hour for my vehicle and Andrew came to tell me it was almost done he just had to finish the claim paperwork and the company was such a nightmare to deal with, (and you are recommending this to people?) When vehicle was finally ready, i went to the counter to pay and was handed a bill for $262, when I questioned it, Andrew says "oops, guess you were given the wrong price, oh well you will get it back eventually", but he did tell me he told them to put a rush on it because I was an irate customer. I called Rob the following day and after a couple emails he finally called me back, he was apologetic and said he would look into the situation and be back to me with in a couple days, that was on September 17, I have heard nothing since. The vehicle safety on it, seems to be a 'just passed' situation, I now, just over 2 months after purchase, have to replace the wiper blades and the brakes are squealing and chattering, sent email to question the situation and of course no response. I will never deal with this location again More

from the first step we took onto the lot we were greeted by friendly professional staff. we talked about a used car at the beginning then rob and Adrian suggested for the amount we were willing to spend we by friendly professional staff. we talked about a used car at the beginning then rob and Adrian suggested for the amount we were willing to spend we could buy new with the options we wanted. we gave a price as our limit and were informed that the car we tested would be available however when we came back several days later we were informed that that model was thousands more than originally suggested. We negotiated and in the end came up with a compromise which satisfied all parties. Initially I was angry at being led on (at our age we were buying cars before any of them were born, however after taking a breath this was just the way All DEALERS HAVE WORKED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME. In the end the whole staff were great and I would recommend them to my family and friends. More

I recently purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Corvette from this dealer and must say that the experience exceeded my expectations significantly.
