He made me comfortable and at ease through the whole process. The day we went to pick up our vehicle we were greeted by him and michelle vest both with big smiles. They were a lovely group of people and I would recommend them to anyone looking into buying a vehicle. ADRIAN even went as far as taking me outside and showing me every little button and explaining what it did. His customer service was impeccable. I recieved a call the next day to thank me for choosing georgetown kia and asking me how I am enjoying our new family vehicle. Everything was great and I will be sure to use georgetown kia again. Staff of KIA Georgetown is dedicated and very friendly I bought used cars twice from KIA-Georgetown; in both cases the treatment of Cameron Ernest (Sales Manager), Adrian Jurcic (Professional Sales Represe I bought used cars twice from KIA-Georgetown; in both cases the treatment of Cameron Ernest (Sales Manager), Adrian Jurcic (Professional Sales Representative), Michelle Vest (Finance Manager) and Arturo Colea (Service Manager) was immaculate and praiseworthy. Especially Adrian: His attitude was friendly and polite. He kept on searching for a car of my description, dedicating much of his time towards finding the right car (in terms of price, performance and reliability) until he found one which fits the bill to a 'T'. He also persevered to get me a promotional gift. I have the highest recommendation for his excellent performance. As for the rest of the friends I mentioned above, you may consider each one as an asset to your company. In general, each of your employees are very friendly and dedicated. Adrian was very friendly and instantly we felt as ease with him. He was very knowledgeable and didn't push us or force the sale. We had some "Credit Issues" that needed worked on and Aaron never gave up on us. We worked as a team to get things resolved and us into our new truck. They communicated with us for each step of the process always keeping us in the loop. It took 3 weeks to get the deal done ( our issues, not theirs) but they got it done for us. I was so happy with Aaron my first response after the deal was done was to give him a big hug....The very next day I brought my dad to the dealership for him to get a new vehicle. I will buy my next vehicle from them. We are very happy with the overall process. More

DISAPPOINTED - NO accountability read on Purchased Nov. 1 and here is what transpired close to Christmas: - had additional passengers in the back seat came to realize one of the rear seatbel Purchased Nov. 1 and here is what transpired close to Christmas: - had additional passengers in the back seat came to realize one of the rear seatbelts is broken; this was the first time using the back seat; - First day below 0 degrees vehicle won't start - told weak battery did not replace right away but continue to have trouble starting on real cold days - started to hear a humming sound front right. - Jan. 1st trip out of town taking daughter to school came to realize the GPS / phone charger does not work - hoping it is just a fuse. We don't live near Georgetown Kia so we took the vehicle to our trusted mechanic in January following Christmas and two weeks vacation in the Caribbean and.... - battery replaced - vehicle starts no problem - tire bearing replaced - humming gone - charger - NOT a fuse but a HUGE electrical issue need to take the dash off etc... did not have this fixed yet COSTLY - seatbelt - not fixed yet (HOPING Georgetown KIA WOULD ADDRESS THIS - THE VEHICLCE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CERTIFIED AND A SAFETY COMPLETED. I emailed Georgetown Kia in late January - I took some responsibility in the email for bringing up these concerns after the fact but did indicate that they had started to take place approx. 7 weeks after purchase; I certainly was not rude in my email and had expected at the least a response / follow up to my email even if it was we are no longer responsible. TO DATE ADRIAN HAS NEVER RESPONDED nor had he ever followed up after the purchase which is something that we had always experienced in the past from other dealerships. He was quick to make the sale a real family man in a hurry to get home to his young family and new baby so we did feel a bit rushed but again we should have controlled that - just a good salesman pitch. VERY DISAPPOINTING follow up is key in my books. Do not purchase a vehicle from out of town too difficult to address ongoing issues that arise - if you happen to purchase one as we did and have issues it, to difficult to go out of town to address the issues - BUT DON'T KNOW IF THEY WOULD HAVE ADDRESSED AS THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO US. The long and short - don't purchase at Georgetown KIA; and yes we have a good experiences elsewhere in the past just wanted this specific vehicle wished we could have found it elsewhere. More

Outstanding Customer Service! Honestly this has to be one of the best dealerships I have ever been to! Adrian was so helpful and patient with me when selecting my car;When I had co Honestly this has to be one of the best dealerships I have ever been to! Adrian was so helpful and patient with me when selecting my car;When I had conflicting scheduling problems with my boyfriend, he actually came to my home with the car that I was interested in just to show him what I had seen before but just wanted to get his opinion on it. Never have I heard of any dealership doing this for a customer who was just looking at a vehicle. The same day we bought the car and went straight into financing and got all the numbers worked out. Adrian and Mike were so helpful and was so considerate with the budget that we gave them, they did everything that they could to make sure we got the car of our dreams. We got such a great deal that it was unbelievable! Aaron and Michelle worked so hard to get us financed and explained all of the warranty details and options and gave us their opinions on what was best for us to get. On the day of delivery they had our car outside and ready to go. Artiom and Cameron again walked us through the Bill of Sale and bank contracts and answered any questions that we had about it. They made sure that we were satisfied with car before we drove it off the lot and made sure that if we had any question about it that we could call them anytime and they would be there for us. I cannot express how impressed I am with this dealership! They honestly treat you like family, they go out of their way to make sure that you are happy from the beginning to the end. I will sure be telling all of my friends and family who are looking for a car to go to Georgetown Kia! More

I have been extremely pleased with this vehicle and the reason for the purchase of the second.Since the purchase of my first vehicle Adrien has phoned me an been extremely pleased with this vehicle and the reason for the purchase of the second.Since the purchase of my first vehicle Adrien has phoned me and made a point of talking to me whenever I went for service always inquiring about my concerns if any about the vehicle and weather or not I was happy with the service I was receiving. Over the past 45 years I have purchased many new vehicles and never has any salesperson tried harder to make sure I would be a repeat customer. Not only do I think Adrian is a fine person but I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. I have said a lot about Adrian but Tony and the whole crew at Kia are great and the reason for their success in Georgetown. More
