Horrible - scammed out of $740 - antyf
Horrible place - not the first time they've done this to me but definitely the last.
I am not a car expert so placed trust in Vincent Pouliot to fix vibration on idle which just started up.
Convinced me it was my thermostat that was faulty. $740 later, still vibrating.
Spoke to Service manager André Gadbois who was rude, non-empathetic and when I asked for a refund he told me if I wanted a refund he was going to put back my old thermostat!
Called BMW Canada and submitted my complaint. They told me to contact the GM - Martin Taillandier. I left him a voice message 3 days ago and has not called me back.
I will never bring my car back here and will not buy a BMW again because of this horrendous experience.

Unprofessional service, salesman ( M Lizotte ) made me wait more then half an hour without even coming to excuse himself for the delay, if this the type of service I am getting before buying a car imagine the type of service you will get once they have your money.dourymorris

Niveau de la vente aucun problème, mais au niveau de service est POURRI les messages laisser dans boite vocale n'ont pas été retourner mais que mon aviseur tech M Zidan a plusieurs reprises. Je croyais sont occupés j'ai passé directement chez Dealer on entrain de faire du social meme affaire quand on les un message au service ils retournent RAREMENT mes appels. Je crois c'est le pire dealer BMW de la région

I have never seen such bad services as BMW Ste-Julie. The salesman Mr. Frederic Legare convinced me to get an used car from them by accepting my condition on the phone,
The car was not ready as it was supposed to be, the battery was almost dead, liftgate was not working and the they hadn’t the second key. Moreover when I asked him about winter matt that we had deal on that he start attacking and insulting me Infront of every one.
I had an appointment with him to see the car and sign the contract and the car was supposed to be completely ready for pickup. I drove all the way from downtown Montreal to the dealership to meet him on time, but he said he has customer and he didn’t come to see me and just give the papers to another person and she didn’t know anything bout our deals with Fredric( he didn’t even updated her). I was just running around and looking for someone to help me with my questions. The car was not ready as it was supposed to be, the battery was almost dead, liftgate was not working ( he said it is because of battery and it is gonna fix as soon as you get home but it was a lie) and the they hadn’t the second key which all these make me to go back this long way to their dealer ship and ask for fixing the problem.

I hope management and #BMW Canada do something about him.

528i X-Drive 2014. They are very good for an oil change, but they tried to fix a vibration problem I had since the beginning and after thousands of $$$. When the warranty ended, I went to the corner garage for an oil change and the guy showed me what was obvious, a flex-joint cracked in 3 places. After $552 on the repair, the car is amazing, I can breathe.
Buy your car there is OK, but check elsewhere before having work done on it, I don't trust them at all. If you argue, they will accuse you of something like ''you're trying to hustle us''.In fact if Zero existed, that's what I would have given... Guess from what I am reading about them, they should not stay open for business very long...

Patrick devrait se recycler pour ne travailler qu'avec les machines. Une attitude tres ordinaire en parlant aux clients. De plus, à toutes les fois qu'ils changent les pneus, ils doivent realigner le véhicule. Nous sommes devant deux choix: Ou les mécaniciens ne sont pas compétents lors de changements de pneus, ou le technicien nous en passe une bonne.... A VOUS DE CHOISIR.... Nous ne sommes ni impressionnés par le service ou le produit...
