Strike 1: Had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment to bring the car in for a MORNING appointment for an issue with the suspension. Strike 2: By day's end, bad enough that the car was not ready ... Strike 3: Even worse, was informed that the inspection had not been started and that it would probably have to go to the next day. Ridiculous!!! Have been a repeat customer now for 15 years and cannot believe how bad the service has gotten in the last three years. More

Les départements de service de Mini, maintenant intégré au dept de service BMW est rendu aussi mauvais que celui de BMW Laval. Le personnels ne cherche pas de solution, il ne font aucunement preuve de rais au dept de service BMW est rendu aussi mauvais que celui de BMW Laval. Le personnels ne cherche pas de solution, il ne font aucunement preuve de raisonnement. Il cherche par tout les moyens a ne pas honoré les garanti et a faire payé les clients et espèces que les clients reviennent acheter un véhicule chez eux. A éviter ce concessionnaire, aller chez les autres concessionnaires BMW de la région. Pour sur nous en avons 3 BMW et Mini, et plus aucune ne viendront de BMW Laval. More
