My son's Range Rover broke down while in Grande Prairie Alberta, 5 hours away from home. Thornhill won't ship the parts he needs because the shipping address at the motel where he is staying is not the same as his billing address at home.

We had the best customer service with sales rep Michael Faust. Mr. Faust was friendly and took his time to answer all our questions. He went the extra mile with us and and was very patient. Ask for Mr. Faust if you want flawless customer service.

First and only experience with Waterloo Land Rover (have owned 2 prior Land Rovers prior to looking for my third). Was repeatedly lied to by sales person Phil. He tried to sell me a car that wasn't even on site (after confirming it was). Then recommended I test drive a different used car instead ("that it drives exactly the same"). It's a used car - you want to see exactly what your buying. Reached out to the sales manager to discuss what happened. Not empathetic, didn't follow up. Ended up buying from Land Rover Toronto and couldn't have been happier with that experience. Buyer beware - they will provide false information to try to sell you a car. Can't be trusted - look elsewhere!

BE CAREFUL. After my DIscovery was in for service, they charged my credit card $900 for damage to a returned rental they later learned was caused by a previous customer. They were more concerned about their Customer Service Satisfaction Survey score than actual customer service satisfaction. It wasn't really a luxury brand experience.

I have bought a very expensive car from this dealership and have had the worst experience as far as dealerships go. The customer service was terrible, including the general manager. I was sold a defective $50 000 car! The paint started to chip, I have pictures/e-mails and yet the issue has still not been resolved. I have filed my complaint on OMVIC nd they have admitted to selling me a repainted car. Wouled not recommend!!!!
