I went to Budds looking to purchase my first Range Rover. They had one I liked but was told it sold next day before I could do my diligence. The sales person said don't worry I'll find you one. Never heard back from sales and I found and bought somewhere else. So not a good score for sales. My new preowned had a warning light and still being under warranty I looked for the dealer with best recommendations in my area, it was Budds. I was impressed with the Service department and give full stars to Lissa and Troy who helped to get a sensor replaced at no charge under warranty, after ordering the part and a 2nd visit the next week. Car was also cleaned as part of the service, and seems fine now. Free is obviously pleasing! More
I was absolutely impressed with the way Karthic in Service looked after me while my vehicle was in for suspension issues. During the wait for parts, I was considering trading my Range Rover in for a L Service looked after me while my vehicle was in for suspension issues. During the wait for parts, I was considering trading my Range Rover in for a Lexus. However driving home after picking up my RR, the vehicle drove better than the day I bought it! I think the issues were lingering for quite some time and I just thought that was a Range Rover 'quirk'. That said, based on Karthic's attention to details and professionalism, I will likely buy another Range Rover again at Budds. Well Done for leaving an amazing lasting impression, it takes a lot to handle my expectations...you exceeded them 200%!!! More

This is a follow up to my previous review. The window tinting installed by Budd’s three weeks ago is already peeling off and the rear spoiler doesn’t work. Great PDI guys. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you.
