The premises is clean and well organized. I travel a long distance to arrive at this centre but I don't regret a km of it. Highly recommend this service centre.

I could have bought it for a lot less through an auto parts store. You would think that a Kia dealership would still treat you right as I do drive a Kia. but no....they are not doing the work so they over charge for parts.

I brought my Kia Sportage in for service on the Air Conditioning system. Jim at the service desk helped me. He told me how long to get it in and how long to do a service check. They got it in when he said and Jim followed up with me several times during that period. He was awesome to deal with. They were not able to fix it that day because a part is needed but Jim promised to follow up with me when the part comes in and schedule me for the required repairs. I dealt with several other people who offered me water several times and even the GM who came out to make a little boy smile who had been waiting with his mom. Customer service is a priority at this dealership.

There's a reason I keep coming back to Brantford Kia...and it certainly has nothing to do with high quality service, or quality service of anything above awful. It most definitely isn't because they know how to find an oil leak. Let alone fix one. Despite having all kinds of evidence that points to the fact that a vehicle in fact has an oil leak. Evidence such as being low on oil the day after and 8 kms later after an oil change. Evidence like a puddle of oil I. The spot you park the vehicle in. Or a dipstick with just enough oil left in the reservoir to get the tip wet. Or another pool of oil for you to swim in. I also certainly don't keep coming back to Brantford Kia because I love having to pull my work van off the road for a day...yet another day, for the same problem, I should add...just to be told at the end of the day after calling 3 times that Joel has gone home for the day. And to be told that my work vehicle was CURRENTLY INSIDE the service department unable to be moved until the FOLLOWING DAY....(which if I might add I CLEARLY INDICATED on my email when setting up the appointment (and then reiterated on a number of occasions over the phone throughout the day) that my vehicle needed to be returned to me BEFORE the next day so it could be put back on the road. All of which I was assured would happen.
No, I keep coming back to Brantford Kia just so I can continually be disappointed. So that I can continue to pay them a whole bunch of money for absolutely nothing. Annnnnd because I absolutely LOVE losing revenue because this dealership is saturated with humans who got their education on fixing cars from the clown car school for clowns.

Bought a new Sorento which had pre delivery dealer service. Could not start the vehicle today completely dead found the negative battery cable was completely loose never tightened down could lift it off with ease. This was not rocket science should have been picked up on the dealer service

Very deep scratch on the pumper.
It was the last thing I expected from a dealer.
The car is less than two months old, Sorento SX 2019. After 3 days we found out that the leather of the third raw headrests is peeled off. The salesman will call you, said the manager. One week no call. By calling the manager, sorry I forgot, said the manager. Your family did that, said the salesman because he has checked the car before delivery. After many text messages with the salesman another manager asked to see the vehicle.
The service set me a date for exchange, it is one hour job.
On the date a man from Serivce came to say it is half day job and i have to reschedule. This was on August 7. Till August 16th i was trying to get hold of the managers and the salesman to set me with the service. I went on August 27th at 9:30AM as scheduled. The service rep checked and was no scratch or damage on the car and told me it is half day job. After 10 minutes waiting for shuttle, the same man who said before it is half day job came to tell it is only 20 minutes job after he had checked the manual. I received the car without checking the car body.
I went home directly to find out there is a deep scratch on the rear pumper.
I called the same man to ask him but of course didn’t call back. My wife went to talk to him and of course he denied and suggested to use touch pen to fix the scratch.
This is our experience with the dealer for a two months old, $55k car.

I've been dealing with this kia dealership ever since I bought my vehicle and the have been AMAZING. They do an amazing job each and every time and I'm very happy with their service. Today I called in to get my car serviced and Nadera was the most helpful and friendliest person I've encountered this far. I'm so happy I bought my car from this dealership and I trust the work they do. Thanks again for being great in customer service.

Last summer we took our 2018 Stinger here for the first time. Although they tried to convince us that they did not dent up our rocker panels after putting it on their hoist, damage lines up and we have been advised by a number of other KIA dealers that special attachments for hoists had to be attached especially for Stingers. Well they sure waited long enough to get us in there to try to show that they did not do it, but it is pretty obvious that they did. Disgusting when people can't own up to their mistakes, especially when it costs someone else. Word is on the street, and what goes around comes around!!
