Last week was the first time I tried the Airport KIA and they were awesome, I had to replace a part that Brampton KIA replaced less that 2 years ago, Airport KIA did not charge me they sent a claim to KIA head office
This was great and how it should be addressed.
Brampton told us that they would not cover it as it was over a year, this made no sense, should you have to pay to replace the same part every year and a half............Airport KIA cares about servicing the client!

Purchased my vehicle at Dilawri Hunt Club Kia in Ottawa. A few months after purchase, the vehicle was making noise going over bumps and then progressed to loud noises when turning the steering wheel. I took it for service at Hunt Club Kia and they promptly told me there was nothing wrong. They also stated, that since they could not find anything wrong, I should be charged for the visit (the vehicle was 4 months old).
I decided to speak with Donnelly Kia over the phone. While on the phone, the service advisor could hear the noises while I was driving and suggested to bring the vehicle in asap. Within 20 minutes of my service visit at Donnelly Kia, the technician diagnosed that I needed a new steering column. The work was completed the same day - all under the vehicle's warranty. The customer service and workmanship were impeccable! It was humbling to be treated with such kindness and respect and applaud the staff.

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

My daughter took her 2011 Soul in to fix a recall for heated seat belts. After doing the service they told her that her brakes were bad and they WOULD NOT release the car to her until she agreed to having the brake work done. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes. I had to take time out of work to call these xxxxxxxx and demand that they stop the BS and give her the car. They take advantage of young women by trying scaring them into services they don't need. It's totally despicable. Why would you take the wheels of to check brakes for recall on seat belts?
I will never go back to Bessada and I will never buy another Kia.

I have been a Kia customer for about 12 years. I was not originally a Cardinal Kia customer, I came to them upon the recommendation of a friend. From the very first visit, I felt that I was treated respectfully, truthfully and like I mattered! I recently was faced with the choice of what I considered expensive repairs on my 12 year old Kia or to replace it. I chose to replace it. I am the proud owner of another Kia and could not be happier. Shelly Root (Service) is, without hesitation, the best! She has provided exceptional customer service consistently and was a major contributing factor to me choosing to stay with a Kia, specifically at Cardinal Kia. Majid, Matt, "modestly good-looking" Paul :) and Rana made sure that the car and deal matched my needs. Everything came together quickly and the staff worked diligently to "make this happen" in the time frame I needed. I am confident that this team will continue to provide the level of service excellence I have become accustomed to and I know that my automotive needs will be well taken care of.

Right from booking our appointment with Riyaz, I felt confident bringing our Kia Forte for servicing at 427/QEW KIA.
He was very friendly, listened to my concerns, and clearly explained what would be addressed at this service visit.
Upon completion, Stephanie, and Riyaz reviewed with me the findings and the details of the work done. They encouraged me to bring forward any future questions or concerns at any time. I felt very confident as I drove away and the Forte has been performing very well. The courtesy and efficiency I experienced at 427/QEW Kia, has made it the service center for me.

They changed the service department staff in March. Tim the service advisor is AWFUL. He has no idea. The rest are trying. But you have to see the Tim guy. Recommend going somewheres else.
Recalls and money Grabs - chacarron91
I've had my car for just about 3 years now (2012 optima) and there's already been 3 recalls. I had to get my engine starter replaced and they said they could do it for ~$850. I looked around town and got it down for $350!!! look out and be careful folks. Do some shopping around. If you go in for a recall don't buy anything else unless you need it. What I will say that's good about these guys tho, is that they don't push things in your face to be bought.

My 2016 Hyundai Elantra was in a minor accident (front bumper and fog lights), my dealership recommended the Collision Centre. The Insurance appraiser looked at my car on a Thursday afternoon, the parts were ordered, came in on Monday and I had my car back Wednesday!They even detailed the inside of my car! Mauro was friendly, courteous, great customer service! I would definately recommend them!
Vehicle caught fire on 7th day was Total Loss! - Admirabl
Sold us a vehicle certified with 30 day warranty. ON 7th DAY vehicle caught fire under the hood (Was Total Loss). Dealership was originally apologetic, insisting we tow the vehicle back to them, saying "We will take care of you" 3 days later, Mark Szpara phones and actually CHUCKLED, LAUGHING on the phone saying "Oh it was a fire alright" (How unprofessional in such a dangerous situation that put numerous lives at risk!) He then abruptly says "It's an Insurance Matter" (No more "They'll take care of us" and honor their warranty). We later learned we should have NEVER been told by Brantford Kia to tow the vehicle back to them in the first place (They would have known Fire goes through Insurance)….So Brantford Kia had the Vehicle in their possession for 3 days before Insurance Appraiser went to look at it. Insurance Appraiser could not find cause of fire (How Coincidental since Brantford Kia had it in their possession/access to it all those days!--Covering their Mechanics Negligence!) We Are Lucky To Be Alive!!!

We bought a vehicle which some of the features didn’t work. Now the dash goes off while driving. I was charged 4 hours of labour and it made it worse. Brought it back and 6 hours of labour later. This problem was pré existing problem and they won’t pay for it.

My wife brought her vehicle to this location for service a few months ago. Holy smokes, the price was ridiculous!! Upon asking the service rep, he admitted to her that they are known for higher prices (?!) Are they proud for that?!?!?! Never again. My money doesn't grow on trees! At least the job was done as expected.

I just picked up my car which was supposed to be fully repaired with a brand new engine after mine blew up from a recall I was never informed about it!
The car not only is not fixed but I was almost killed with my 7 year old son in the car while driving it home, the car went from 100 down to 40 on the 401.
When I called in and spoke to Mark the manager ( who refused to give me his name) until I mentioned a lawyer.
Told me “well your not dead are you” and yes I was yelling and very upset after almost dying with my child and he kept telling me that he would not help me at all because I yelled at him.
My son is balling crying because he is so scared and this horrible manager (if he can even be called that) just keeps saying “well your not dead are you” and call yourself a Tow truck. I called my husband to pick me up, during this call the manager calls me back, asks where I am then hangs up on me.
There is so much more to this and please if anyone would like the full story just in box me and I’ll be happy to explain.
But whatever you do, do not put your lives in this dealerships hands!!! They could care less about you once they have the sale, who cares if your engine blows up? Who cares if you almost die?

Was also told KIA does not do rental cars during repairs. Then my husband calls and all of a sudden they do?? This is after we have had to pay out of pocket for over 2 weeks while the car was being repaired due to a recall.

This dealership is really giving a bad name to the KIA brand. With the exception on the service receptionist, every service staff (advisors, technicians, manager) are EXTREMELY rude and dishonest. Even the owner doesn't take responsibility for the conduct of his staff, which is really disheartening.

Damage to vehicle while being serviced. - Disappointed Again
Had mechanical work completed on Sportage. However, when I picked up the vehicle I noticed body damage done to the rear of Vehicle. Managers stated that the dealership is NOT responsible for damage done to vehicles while on property. Also, still waiting for the repair shop to telephone to repair paint damage from August 11, 2017. Customer satisfaction is not a priority with this dealership.
