The people that work the service department are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I made an appointment last week and was told it was going to be a very long wait, even with my appointment. They had recently had a fire so I understand some unforeseen issues. Came back this week after making another appointment and waited 2 hours and 5- minutes before they even brought the car into the shop. Have been waiting another 30 minutes waiting to hear what the problem is and I’m still waiting. Too bad, I liked it here but I guess it’s time to move on.

I only have been here once but it will be my last. The service rep Jason has as much personality as a wet paper bag. I’m a friendly person but he wasn’t having it. Maybe he was having a bad day already at 7 am or maybe this is just who he is. Regardless, first impressions in business are everything. He spoke to me in a ridiculously condescending tone. His responses were sarcastic and lacked any form of customer service whatsoever. I left there feeling embarrassed and humiliated. I will not ever go back to this dealership for anything.

Very deep scratch on the pumper.
It was the last thing I expected from a dealer.
The car is less than two months old, Sorento SX 2019. After 3 days we found out that the leather of the third raw headrests is peeled off. The salesman will call you, said the manager. One week no call. By calling the manager, sorry I forgot, said the manager. Your family did that, said the salesman because he has checked the car before delivery. After many text messages with the salesman another manager asked to see the vehicle.
The service set me a date for exchange, it is one hour job.
On the date a man from Serivce came to say it is half day job and i have to reschedule. This was on August 7. Till August 16th i was trying to get hold of the managers and the salesman to set me with the service. I went on August 27th at 9:30AM as scheduled. The service rep checked and was no scratch or damage on the car and told me it is half day job. After 10 minutes waiting for shuttle, the same man who said before it is half day job came to tell it is only 20 minutes job after he had checked the manual. I received the car without checking the car body.
I went home directly to find out there is a deep scratch on the rear pumper.
I called the same man to ask him but of course didn’t call back. My wife went to talk to him and of course he denied and suggested to use touch pen to fix the scratch.
This is our experience with the dealer for a two months old, $55k car.

Today I called in to get my car serviced and Nadera was the most helpful and friendliest person I've encountered this far. We took our Niro to the service department because there was a check hybrid system light on the dash. The vehicle has 16,000 km and is obviously under warranty. The service manager said there was nothing wrong and that he cleared the code and charged us $140. We drove the car home, and on the way the check system light cam on again. I'm not sure what we can do now. We will have to try a dealer in a different city I guess.I would suggest you avoid these guys at all cost.
