Good space in the showroom for waiting while the vehicle was being serviced. Alfredo was the person at the counter. Seth who has been my service advisor has been amazing. So honest, genuine and always patient and ready to answer any question I may have. and the service & parts team at 417 Kia for my 2011 Borrego. Replacement of the timing chains, guides and tensioners was a difficult job, but came in at nearly 1/2 the cost of other garages. Although hourly rates are normally higher at dealerships than independent garages, the hours that Moody assigned to do the job were just the opposite (at just 7 hours). Blair did an excellent job on my Borrego (highly skilled mechanic). Highly recommend KIA417!

Contacted this dealership after I established with Kia Canada (after 40 mins. on hold) that there was a warranty Extension on the Airbag fault I had, and got lots of information including an incident # and fault #. When I called, the person I spoke to was rude and dismissive and refused to take any of the information I offered about the fault or my contact with Kia Canada. He just insisted they would have to do a diagnostic first which he told me was for 3 pm Friday. My wife took the car and was told the appointment was for 9 am and when she called me, he argued on the phone with me. Then I spent another half hour with him and his boss going over the problem again and again until they finally agreed to do the work under the warranty extension. This was after the boss refused and told me it would be $700.

When my car had been ransacked and stuff stolen. Aside from that went in for engine light and never got repaired. They just reset the light. And as soon as I left light back on and told them this and they refused to fix. Mind this was the 3 time same issue and light still on. Terrible customer service. Majid is extremely dishonest and so is Matt the service manager. Run and run fast away from the dealership. Save yourself. Kia Niagara Falls the worst.

Last summer we took our 2018 Stinger here for the first time. Although they tried to convince us that they did not dent up our rocker panels after putting it on their hoist, damage lines up and we have been advised by a number of other KIA dealers that special attachments for hoists had to be attached especially for Stingers. Well they sure waited long enough to get us in there to try to show that they did not do it, but it is pretty obvious that they did. Disgusting when people can't own up to their mistakes, especially when it costs someone else. Word is on the street, and what goes around comes around!!

It was the last thing I expected from a dealer.
The car is less than two months old, Sorento SX 2019. After 3 days we found out that the leather of the third raw headrests is peeled off. The salesman will call you, said the manager. One week no call. By calling the manager, sorry I forgot, said the manager. Your family did that, said the salesman because he has checked the car before delivery. After many text messages with the salesman another manager asked to see the vehicle.
The service set me a date for exchange, it is one hour job.
On the date a man from Serivce came to say it is half day job and i have to reschedule. This was on August 7. Till August 16th i was trying to get hold of the managers and the salesman to set me with the service. I went on August 27th at 9:30AM as scheduled. The service rep checked and was no scratch or damage on the car and told me it is half day job. After 10 minutes waiting for shuttle, the same man who said before it is half day job came to tell it is only 20 minutes job after he had checked the manual. I received the car without checking the car body.
I went home directly to find out there is a deep scratch on the rear pumper.
I called the same man to ask him but of course didn’t call back. My wife went to talk to him and of course he denied and suggested to use touch pen to fix the scratch.
This is our experience with the dealer for a two months old, $55k car.

Changed service to Hamilton from Brampton. We were happy with Kia Brampton but it was 2 hour drive to get their excellent service. Our to ang and health we needed a closer dealer service centra. I have now two service anointments and I am totally satisfied. Very eelcoming, everything was ready. And our comfort was paramount . We will continue to use Kia Hamilton.for our vehicle needs (Sedona). Staff are very pleasant and totally helpful and customer focused. Thank You!

Brought in our Kia to get the control rods and ball joints replaced.
We had the car serviced a week and a half earlier at Windsor Hyundai
where they did point out the issue of the compromised ball joints but was able to do the wheel alignment and brought all the alignment true with the exception of the L/R camber which was out by 0.5 within exceptable limits.
So when we brought in our car to Kia with replacement parts they one overcharged us on the total repair time but the worse of it is that after replacing the control rods and ball joints they threw out the alignment to a point prior when it was even touched for the first time.
Windsor Hyundai got the alignment almost true on bad ball joints.
Gus Revenberg Kia completely screwed the alignment after replacing the control rods and ball joints to a point prior to the suspension was even touched. They used a completely xxxxxxxx excuse for this reason....
Avoid these jokers at all costs... we're grugingly going back to Windsor Hyundai till I can find a honest competant mechanic.

The service manager won't return calls/emails. Twice, they 'forgot' to give the mechanics evaluation sheet. Had to wait 30 minutes for it. Was wondering if was ever done. When I got the sheet, mechanic said new brakes needed on next service. That's important to know for safety reasons and for wallet reasons (brakes ain't cheap. Getting treated badly twice -- won't go back! Not worth the time, money and disrespect. Beware Bessada Kia service department. You have been warned.

I just picked up my car which was supposed to be fully repaired with a brand new engine after mine blew up from a recall I was never informed about it!
The car not only is not fixed but I was almost killed with my 7 year old son in the car while driving it home, the car went from 100 down to 40 on the 401.
When I called in and spoke to Mark the manager ( who refused to give me his name) until I mentioned a lawyer.
Told me “well your not dead are you” and yes I was yelling and very upset after almost dying with my child and he kept telling me that he would not help me at all because I yelled at him.
My son is balling crying because he is so scared and this horrible manager (if he can even be called that) just keeps saying “well your not dead are you” and call yourself a Tow truck. I called my husband to pick me up, during this call the manager calls me back, asks where I am then hangs up on me.
There is so much more to this and please if anyone would like the full story just in box me and I’ll be happy to explain.
But whatever you do, do not put your lives in this dealerships hands!!! They could care less about you once they have the sale, who cares if your engine blows up? Who cares if you almost die?

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

Allan was professional , friendly and he always makes you feel welcome. Its like the bar cheers where everyone knows your name. I was amazed that both Anthony and Madison knew our names when we walked into the showroom. You can't beat the customer service at this dealership. I would recommend everyone to visit Kia North Bay.

Buyer beware before going here to purchase a car. Hopefully you read reviews before going somewhere and formulate ypur decision based on other customers experience. So much bad customer service and mistakes are coming out of this place. I bought 2 vehicles from there and will not go there again. I now drive all the way to Newmarket to service my vehicle there. I dont know why people dont understand the valye of customer service but this place sure doesnt.
