The staff were polite, easy-going and helpful. Too bad they work for Kia because I had my 2016 Kia Soul for 3 years, got it at 115000kms, ONLY drove 35000kms and the engine went kaput. I kept up with all the oil changes, had no problems and then it all happened so fast. The engine light finally came on right before it died. There were no lights to indicate something was wrong. Will never get a Kia, ever again. Like I said before, the staff were amazing, they made sure I was taken care of quickly and in a safe manner but I will never buy a Kia again. More
