"Unexpected "

Very deep scratch on the pumper. It was the last thing I expected from a dealer. The car is less than two months old, Sorento SX 2019. After 3 days we found out that the leather of the third raw headrests is peeled off. The salesman will call you, said the manager. One week no call. By calling the manager, sorry I forgot, said the manager. Your family did that, said the salesman because he has checked the car before delivery. After many text messages with the salesman another manager asked to see the vehicle. The service set me a date for exchange, it is one hour job. On the date a man from Serivce came to say it is half day job and i have to reschedule. This was on August 7. Till August 16th i was trying to get hold of the managers and the salesman to set me with the service. I went on August 27th at 9:30AM as scheduled. The service rep checked and was no scratch or damage on the car and told me it is half day job. After 10 minutes waiting for shuttle, the same man who said before it is half day job came to tell it is only 20 minutes job after he had checked the manual. I received the car without checking the car body. I went home directly to find out there is a deep scratch on the rear pumper. I called the same man to ask him but of course didn’t call back. My wife went to talk to him and of course he denied and suggested to use touch pen to fix the scratch. This is our experience with the dealer for a two months old, $55k car.

I have dealt with 401 Dixie Kia since Eric and Katie became the owners. Between my husband and I we have had 5 vehicles from them and always a pleasure to deal with. We also service our cars there and always feel special. I recommend them to anyone looking for a Kia or used vehicle. I definitely give the Dealership 5 stars.

"Service needs some work"

I dropped off a car this morning to have recalls fixed and the guy in front of me was getting an oil change for a half hour job and was offered a shuttle back to his workplace the job on my car was going to take two plus hours and she asked me if I was going to wait and I said no and she told me there was tea and coffee in the other room and never even offered me a shuttle to get back to my work.

"engine like on after oil change."

my engine light went on after oil change. so call the service department and see why? the girl told sure we can change what went wrong for $500 And they did the oil change at rush and didn't even put my sticker on in.

"Awful! Awful! Service Dept"

Customer service and quality of work by technicians was awful. Did not balance tires and blamed me for causing an alignment issue. Took it to another dealer and it was in fact that tires were not balanced by technicians. After 5 years gone elsewhere for service. Beware of these yahoos!!

"Great and smooth experience!"

I got a recall from Kia and call to booked an appointment. Received first available date in 3 days which is really quick. At arrival I received the best service I could imagine. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Everyone is ready to answer you questions and help. They informed me about to 2 more recalls that they can check my car at no cost. Had a great and easy experience.

My car has been giving me a real headache lately with all of it's little problems. When i came to dixie kia a lot of that headache was relieved when i was advised and reassured by Paul that my car wasn't going to break down on me and could be easily fixed to last me a few more years until my car was paid of. Thank you for your kindness and knowledge, i intend to come back next pay to get everything fixed so old lucy will see another two years.

"Excellent and Professional Personal"

I have been dealing with 401 Dixie KIA for 9 years. I have always had VERY professional service from everyone there. The secretary who I saw first when I entered KIA was very kind and smiling and efficient. The salesman that helped me through the paperwork when I bought my KIA Sportage. Then the Service People when servicing my vehicle. Always accommodating my needs and making appropriate time wise appointments. Informing me of any procedures that should be tended to. I like the idea that Service calls to remind you of your appointments and inform you as what the scheduled appointment is for. This is my second KIA vehicle and when I need to buy another vehicle I will RETURN to 401 Dixie KIA for their continued excellent service.

I had talked to 3 other Kia dealers with not much luck for what I needed for my 2004 Magentis. Greg at 401 Dixie Kia not only knew what I needed, but also had the parts in stock! So glad that I found a place that knew what I needed and was able to supply it. Thinking that it's getting close to retire the old girl and look forward to talking with the sales staff at 401 Kia.
