The buying experience was relatively stress-free, and the salesperson worked hard to find us the (rather rare) 8-seater model and get it in the price range we were able to afford. The vehicle is a trouble-free workhorse! So reliable, a pleasure to drive, and has a versatile interior. We are delighted with our purchase.
We've had our Sedona back to the dealership for its regular maintenance, and our experience with the service staff has always been positive. However, the 50,000 km service we received on Monday and Tuesday of this week was the best yet. Jason and the team made sure we had a (free!) loaner vehicle so the kids and I could continue on with our regular activities. The rear brakes had been making a squealing sound in reverse, so we thought there was a rear brake job needed while it was in. However, Jason called bright and early on Tuesday morning to say that it was just some dirt that had gotten lodged in the brake assembly, so they cleaned it out. The total bill was just over $50, when I was expecting it to be over $500! How's that for a great experience?
