This service centre is the BEST!!! The staff, including Karen the scheduler, is excellent to deal with. In my experiences all are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. The premises is clean and well organized. I travel a long distance to arrive at this centre but I don't regret a km of it. Highly recommend this service centre.

I have been coming to Turpin for new cars and service for years! Their friendly greeting, constant communication, and consistent follow up never fail to make it an extremely positive experience. While having my car in for regular maintenance recently, they went out of their way to ensure I knew everything involved, helped with exploration of winter tire options and got it all done quickly. Their professionalism and ability to make me feel like 'part of the family' never fails to impress me. I will never go anywhere else.

"Safety First Right ? "

A few months ago I had a few buttons sticking on my steering wheel. I brought it into my local Kia and trusting the service members to do their job and fix the problem , which they did. The same day I contacted them again and said there was a light on for my air bag. They reassured me it was normal and everything was fine but to bring it in so they could have a look. I brought it in they looked at it , expressed that it was normal, safe and everything was good to go. During these months I brought my car in for regular oil changes and everytime they drove my car and signed off there were no issues. Two weeks ago my brother in law got into my car and saw this light on. He assured me it was not okay to be on and to contact the dealership. I did. They told me I was wrong this was normal and it will turn off when someone sits down. I explained I drive my car everyday and the light does not turn off. They also told me to get a second opinion because they have already looked at this issue. I contacted another shop and they were shocked and very honest and explained that this light being on meant my air bag was off and would not deploy if I got into an accident. They also were so kind and professional as I was in tears and shock that I have been driving around unsafe. Today I brought my car into Donnelly Kia and their orginal thought was correct my air bag was not plugged back in. For months I have been driving around unsafe and all because I trusted a professional mechanic to do their job. Shame on you for telling me I was wrong. Turpin Kia Shame on you for not listening to my words and concerns and putting my life at risk because you refused to listen.

A chat with Jason led us to decide that Turpin/Kia at C.P. was the nearest and best place to address our problem. Staff members at T/K which I met were friendly and helpful. Jason in part proved helpful to enable getting our Drive Clean requirement completed at the same time - great help.

"Turpin KIA Best Darn Service Department Ever"

These guys are the greatest. This is my first KIA, and my 2016 Sorento has been serviced at Turpin KIA in Carleton Place for the past year. I have never so much as had the slightest reason to question any service that has been preformed on my vehicle, or the cost associated with that service. They do not nickel and dime you like other dealers I have dealt with in the past. Turpin has been up front and honest with me from the get-go. My vehicle is always ready when they say it will be, and they have never tried to foster additional service requirements. For that I will remain a loyal customer

"Superior Experience at Turpin KIA"

We bought our 8-seater Sedona at Turpin KIA in the summer of 2015. The buying experience was relatively stress-free, and the salesperson worked hard to find us the (rather rare) 8-seater model and get it in the price range we were able to afford. The vehicle is a trouble-free workhorse! So reliable, a pleasure to drive, and has a versatile interior. We are delighted with our purchase. We've had our Sedona back to the dealership for its regular maintenance, and our experience with the service staff has always been positive. However, the 50,000 km service we received on Monday and Tuesday of this week was the best yet. Jason and the team made sure we had a (free!) loaner vehicle so the kids and I could continue on with our regular activities. The rear brakes had been making a squealing sound in reverse, so we thought there was a rear brake job needed while it was in. However, Jason called bright and early on Tuesday morning to say that it was just some dirt that had gotten lodged in the brake assembly, so they cleaned it out. The total bill was just over $50, when I was expecting it to be over $500! How's that for a great experience? Afterwards, Karen called to make sure my servicing went well, Such a great bunch of folks at Turpin KIA!

My daughter is in the Canadian Armed Forces and was home for 2 weeks leave. She has a Kia Forte and I took it to Turpin Kia for service as she had a problem with her car. I talked with Fern and he had his service team look at her car immediately. Turpin Kia looked after the issue with complete satisfaction and went above and beyond in servicing her car. I would not hesitate to recommend Turpin Kia to anyone looking for service on their Kia. Thanks again Fern for taking the time and the excellent customer service received.

"Excellent service"

Had to have work done on our 2009 Rondo, our dealer in Kanata stated that they needed the car overnight no matter what day we would bring it in, no loaner no way to get us home to Almonte, I called Turpin Kia and spoke to Fern, he told me they could do it and I would have the car back in the same day. So off we went to Turipn and lo and behold the car was ready in half an hour. Dealt with Terry at the service desk, a great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. Made us feel like we mattered, unlike our dealership. We are going to buy a new Kia soon and we've already decided it will be from Turpin. Small town dealership vs big city dealership, no contest small town wins hands down. Can't buy that kind of service, it comes from the people and it shows they truly care!

"Quick Efficient Service"

Pulled into the dealership on Friday afternoon as I had noticed a nail in my right rear tire to see if they could fix the leak. They immediately took the vehicle in and repaired the flat about 30 minutes after pulling in to ask about the repair I was on the road home. They are a great bunch of guys at this dealership and the service has always been great.
