Hi, my name is Mike Peters. I have been in the car business for over 35 years (Looking at my picture, I am sure you think that is not possible.) I am a local family man living in Lanark County. My last 10 years in the car business has been with Kia. I am proud of this brand and very confident working with one of the top automotive makers in North America. In this industry it’s not so much about selling cars anymore as much as it is about helping customers with their purchase and providing top notch customer service. After truly horrid experiences at other Ottawa Kia dealerships, I found Turpin Kia on dealerrater.ca. The consistent 5 star reviews are absolutely bang on. This was without a doubt the best car dealership experience that I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the experience was friendly, personable, professional, and always very respectful. Andrea Cunningham listened to what I was looking for and needed, was always easy to work with. Never, ever was there any pressure to buy, nor were there any of the typical dealership games played. Working with Andre on the numbers portion of the sale was equally straightforward, respectful, and personable. It was very obvious from the moment that I arrived to the time that I left after purchasing a beautiful EV6 that the vibe and culture of Turpin Kia is very healthy and happy, with people who genuinely enjoy working there to help you get what you need.
