Had an issue driving home this afternoon when a scraping noise started. Stopped in to Autovalue as I was near by when this occurred. Tina immediately looked at it and got a technician. We found a walnut wedged in the brake caliper causing the noise. Problem solved in a couple minutes and no charge!

Great Warranty Experience! - Mia
I had to replace my engine, and it took me almost a month to repair it. Toronto Hyundai did their best to get approved my claim with Hyundai Canada. I did not have extended warranty warranty; thus, I was not able to get free rental more than 5 days. Other than that, everything was really great.
I really appreciate for kindness the Service Manager who was very patient and pleasant with me.

Fantastic service! Jeff V. was very helpful and he helped me make sure I was getting all my service updates on my Sonata and answered any questions I had. He also showed a genuine interest in my concerns I had. He told me he would look into something for me and let me know what he found out. I've bought and serviced my 2017 Elantra for three years now with Thornhill and I honestly have nothing bad to say.
Jonathan was my original sales rep and he was a great dude to work with.
For service I've had Clinton and Davis primarily. Again nothing to say here, service is completed pretty much as expected. I come in every 6,000km for oil changes and whatever scheduled maintenance is needed and it really is a painless experience.
Other things to note, they have a decent sized waiting room with limited seating. Good wifi and and great coffee for a dealership. I'm also a fan of the club beats I often hear in the showroom.

WORST SERVICE, WORST DEALERSHIP - BROO
After purchasing a Hyundai with a recalled, blown engine, this is the customer service I get to enjoy from Hyundai trying to recover the engine replacement cost:
We were promised time after time that it would be resolved "within the next few days" with no follow-up calls when we didn't hear back. It is 3 months to-date that I submitted this claim to Cambridge Hyundai.
The service rep Alexus told me that there isn't anything she can do. I was told that she didn't sell me a faulty engine. She has other clients, so she can't keep following up with the warranty rep. And that this should've been taken care of when the engine blew up last summer.. it's it's not her problem? Like I signed up to replace a blown engine when I bought the car?
When I asked to speak to her manager she kept telling me he's not available. When I kept insisting I'm not getting off the phone, sure enough her manager is available! He kept interrupting me and talking over me and when I asked for follow-up calls if the given timelines aren't going to be met. He asks me "so when do you want me to call you? Every day? Every hour?" When I reiterated that when you give me a timeline and you can't meet it, I would like a phone call. I got a lot of condescending tones, talking down to and was told snidely this is a circular conversation and he cut the conversation short.
I am even more disappointed in the service than my blown engine.

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

It was not mentioned to me that the Air Bag recall work was not done on my Santafe due to a lack of parts, which are on back order when I picked up my car. That is one of the main reasons it was in for service. The work that was on my brakes, oil and tires was done to the standard that I would expect from the dealership where I purchased my vehicle.

Yesterday I had a bug deflector installed on my 2018 Elantra. It looks great! A few days ago I spoke to Sean in parts. He gave me a reflector so I could see how it would look on my car. He also informed me about the 3M film that a body shop could install. With a quote in hand for the bug reflector, I went home and researched both products. I decided to have the reflector installed at Baytown Hyundai.
I want to thank Sean for his help. There was no pressure at all.
