I went to have my car service at Kingscross Hyundai for an oil change, The car has less than 10,000km. Everything seems to be good till I lost the whole engine. There was no oil in the engine. Towed back to the shop the found the oil filter was not put in properly. Horrible dealer very basic simple job and cant do it properly. They refuse to change the whole engine. What a screwed up dealership who does not own on their mistake. Avoid this Dealership at all cost !!!!

On Friday, January 17, 2020, my family and I were on our way to Toronto from Ottawa for a family gathering. Our Hyundai Santa Fe, which we love, suddenly lost power at the Brockville ramp on the 401. Long story short, CAA towing took us to Brockville Hyundai close to closing time. The general manager, Jason Cook was an angel as ushered us in from the cold, offered us a loaner car to get on our way quickly and said that they would diagnose the problem as soon as possible, but for us to just keep the car and not worry. The issue was addressed by them and covered by Hyundai thanks to Jason and his team! We could tell they were actually putting themselves in our proverbial shoes! Go to Brockville Hyundai and they will take care of you!

DO NOT GO HERE, this dealership is DANGEROUS, UNSAFE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to this location three times in one week at the beginning of July. They ignored my concerns, refused to service my car (which is still under warranty) and asked that I take my dangerous car home. They do not care about your safety, they are comfortable with putting the LIVES OF THEIR CLIENT IN DANGER. I wanted to give them a chance to fix their behaviour and service, so instead of writing a review I answered their survey in detail (July 18, 2020). No one has gotten back to me. They do not care about your safety and they do not care to help you with your concerns. I came in three times, complained to the service manager (Scott Jarvis) who was disgustingly rude to me (both over the phone and in-person) and I further reach back out to the dealership by answering their survey (so they could better understand my concerns and work to improve on their services); however, I was ignored and dismissed yet again. If you would like to buy or service a dangerous car that could potentially put you in a fatal accident, please go here.

I recently took our Santa Fe in for a recall and was disappointed in the lack of help in the service booking area. Use to be two people, now one. Shortly after leaving our car for a replacement part/inspection, I receive a call that the car needs new rotors on the back because they are "rusty". Now every rotor rusts on the edges but that does not mean it needs replacing. That was intended to grab money while the car was in their hands. This dealership is hurting and senior sales people have left along with other staff that made this dealership work. I believe something really wrong is going on here and for that reason I am going to drive to London or Stratford for our next purchase/service.

They do not care for customer satisfaction whatsoever , once it’s off the lot it’s your problem including if there’s problems a couple days after you bought it . Booked 1st service appointment on-line. Only found out (when I arrived) that they only use synthetic oil (at this dealership).
Once you change to synthetic, there is no going back. I am fairly diligent at reading information (when booking online). But, Nowhere on your website does it state that you ONLY USE synthetic oil. That would be an important piece of information. You lost my business - BEFORE you even got it!
This is the 2nd strike against this dealership. I bought my 2019 Tuscon elsewhere because sales manager refused to accept my offer (that another dealership gladly did)!
