Warrantee repairs were smooth, generous and educational to prevent recurrence. PHEV issue, they worked with me on 12v battery draining and damage (design issue).
I'm told it's fixed on current models, to recharge more and on demand from HEV battery like the BEV version.
I can try to prevent now by using more gas and trickle charging, but it shouldn't kill 2 batteries in 55000 Km with default EV-only driving.
Again good diagnosing, explaining and warrantee work within design limitations. They listened to me.

DO NOT GO HERE, this dealership is DANGEROUS, UNSAFE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to this location three times in one week at the beginning of July. They ignored my concerns, refused to service my car (which is still under warranty) and asked that I take my dangerous car home. They do not care about your safety, they are comfortable with putting the LIVES OF THEIR CLIENT IN DANGER. I wanted to give them a chance to fix their behaviour and service, so instead of writing a review I answered their survey in detail (July 18, 2020). No one has gotten back to me. They do not care about your safety and they do not care to help you with your concerns. I came in three times, complained to the service manager (Scott Jarvis) who was disgustingly rude to me (both over the phone and in-person) and I further reach back out to the dealership by answering their survey (so they could better understand my concerns and work to improve on their services); however, I was ignored and dismissed yet again. If you would like to buy or service a dangerous car that could potentially put you in a fatal accident, please go here.

Gave this dealership my car for a repair, they did not lock the doors and someone gained access to my car, left trash everywhere, stole all of my belongings, and the dealership gave me back my car in this trashed condition. Dealership managers (James and Quaison) both deny it was their employees and showed no concern, blew me off. I asked them for security footage and they claimed they have no cameras at their dealership. I get the police involved, police find two cameras, and then the dealership says the cameras do not work. The owner of the dealership refuses to take my calls. I reach out to DAG Autogroup which this dealership is a part of, and their legal counsel Ilan Mints basically mocks me and show no concern either. I filed a small claims court claim against this dealership, Very unprofessional, and they refuse to take ownership of their mistake and remind their employees to lock customers cars. I recently took our Santa Fe in for a recall and was disappointed in the lack of help in the service booking area. Use to be two people, now one. Shortly after leaving our car for a replacement part/inspection, I receive a call that the car needs new rotors on the back because they are "rusty". Now every rotor rusts on the edges but that does not mean it needs replacing. That was intended to grab money while the car was in their hands. This dealership is hurting and senior sales people have left along with other staff that made this dealership work. I believe something really wrong is going on here and for that reason I am going to drive to London or Stratford for our next purchase/service.

My car had to go in for a recall today. we made the appointment Monday for 9:00 today. I was there promptly at 9:00. The service adviser told me he needed the car until at least 11:00 to do the required work. The car never got taken inside until 10:20. Why book for 9:00 and not get to the car until 10:20? I wasn't the only one waiting with the same questions. This service department has gone rapidly downhill since the departure of Jody Clarke. If this is the new standard, I will not be returning. I was initially worried that I would have trouble getting it repaired at no cost through either Hyundai Canada or my extended warranty ( it was covered through Hyundai Canada)

The excuse was that the wires could get damaged, but with the vehicle being outside of warranty that still should have been my choice
