I had to replace my engine, and it took me almost a month to repair it. Toronto Hyundai did their best to get approved my claim with Hyundai Canada. I did not have extended warranty warranty; thus, I was not able to get free rental more than 5 days. Other than that, everything was really great.
I really appreciate for kindness the Service Manager who was very patient and pleasant with me.

White Oaks and Tim make a bad day better! - grant123
We had a bit of a bump with our Lincoln during a snow storm. Our insurance company recommended White Oaks Collision and right from the first call Tim took care of us! Tim arranged for a tow, all reporting, rental car and shuttle. I thought, wow that was easy! The repairs on the vehicle come with a warranty and Tim was diligent in following up to be sure we were happy and pleased with the work White Oaks had done. We did have some concerns along the way which may happen after a collision however, Tim was quick to uncover the concern and go above and beyond in correcting any issues including arranging for a rental car then, when the repairs were complete, Tim personally drove to my work to swap out the rental for our car! Finally we had an outstanding tire issue which needed to be corrected but we were in no rush. Tim however, proactively contacted us to follow up and ensure the repairs were compete. Tim again arranged everything we needed including making sure the insurance company connected with us as well. Excellent Job Tim! We will certainly recommend White Oaks Collision to everyone!

Took my son's. Elantra in with an appointment Thursday Nov. 29th. Car went right in to service stall.....explained to service person that the radio and other features on monitor had stopped working....he fixed it in a minute and showed me how to reset it by just poking the reset hole with a pen.....on my way in 10 minutes total.....no charge......I was in marketing for Kodak Canada for 25 years and I was really impressed with his attitude .

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

I brought my 2017/30,000km Accent in for a strange clicking noise coming from my front right tire. Sound coming from the footwell of the front passenger. Only makes noise when slowly turning out of a parking spot. I tried to book a service appointment via phone, but after 2 days of unreturned messages, I went into the dealership to book with a live person. I dropped my car off a couple of days later, and they called me to report that the issue with the noise was that my back rotors and pads needed to be replaced (which is weird, I didn't experience and brake fatigue issues, and the sound is obviously coming from the front.) I challenged the diagnosis but was reassured that the noise was due to the rear brakes...I had them replaced for $680. When I picked up the car at 5pm, the sound was still there. It's obvious that the sound is there. I contacted the dealership for 6 days following...emails, phone messages, etc... it wasn't until I posted to their social media properties that they actually reached out to me to resolve. I was sold a brake job I probably didn't need on a report to check a noise that still exists after they serviced the car. So, out of pocket $680 for brakes on a manual car which is primarily highway driven with only 30K on the odometer...and I am still dealing with a car that most likely has a CV issue. Thanks Ajax Hyundai for not solving my original issue, giving me brakes I probably didn't need, and then ignoring me for a week when I was trying to resolve. I highly recommend everyone read through all of the reviews for this dealership before trusting them with your vehicles and expecting to be treated like a human being. Also, they quickly blocked me from their Facebook page once I posted my experience. At least they're paying attention to something at that 'business'.

Each and every time I take my car into be serviced, the staff are helpful, friendly and most of all ETHICAL. Garman Fung stands out the most and I’ve been dealing with him since I’ve been using their services. Today in particular, he made me realize that there are still honest and truly good people out there. I went in to have my car serviced and was prepared to spend over $1000 to have my breaks replaced as I was hearing some noises. I basically told him to just change them. However, he called me and assured me that he had two different technicians look at my breaks and said there was nothing wrong with them, and I should save my money. One word “IMPESSIVE”. In this world today, so many dealership are very quick to make a dollar (especially when they see a woman walk in the door). However, Garman had my back and ensured I didn’t have to pay an unnecessary expense. I’m definitely a raving fan! Thanks Garman!

1.5hr "while you wait" appointment to simply switch snow tires for summer. Already told them I wasn't getting any other service done at this time and they tried to upsell brake lubrication and inspection as wheels were already off. Said they were washing the car but returned it with the wheels filthy. Would've taken two minutes to wipe the rims off.

I have booked the Appointment to Engine Oil change only on 18th April at 5:30 pm, I was there on time and give my car key to the service advisor and I was waiting and can see my car parked outside, Mechanic came and pick up my car at 6:55 pm and return the car at 7:25 pm.
It took almost 2 hours to just oil change and that is with a scheduled appointment
Also, Car was not washed so I asked the service advisor and she gives me very rude answer that "they don't wash the car now and not give wash coupons anymore If you want then come back again at new location and they will wash the car and if they don't at that time then I will wash your car"
They used to be very nice, I guess have to look new dealer for service now

In July 2018 I brought my daughter's Hyundai Elantra to Burlington Hyundai at 2016 Plains Rd E, Burlington for Service. The car was still under warranty but periodically wouldn't start and that day wouldn't start at all, so we had it towed to this dealership. The Service Associate called to tell me it was one of two things. Either it was a key reprogramming issue or a bigger more in depth problem and suggested I reprogram the "key", which was not covered by warranty and was approx $70. I agreed, paid the $70 and my daughter picked up the vehicle.
Upon picking up the vehicle, my daughter noticed she had money ($15) missing from her console and the starting issue seemed to be happening again. The $15 was not a big deal but a concern and to a high-school student it was a lot of money. I called the dealership to inform them that not only was there the same issue but also there was three $5 bills missing from her console. They were now suggesting the more extensive repair to fix the problem; however it would be covered under warranty. I thought that it was strange that they charged me for something that was non warranty and didn't fix the problem and could have cost me nothing to do the warrant work and would have fixed the problem and now costing me another trip to the dealership. After explaining this to the Service Associate, she agreed and said they would talk to the manager and get back to me...
A month goes by and I hear nothing. Now, I'm a bit pissed and concerned as we are now in September and my daughter has a car that won't start all the time.
At this I call the Service Manager. I leave a message explaining the situation and ask for a call back. Still nobody at this dealership cares enough to call back nor has any concern that there is a potential thief amongst their staff.
Now I'm super annoyed about everything. I call and leave a voicemail for Jeremy Wickman, General Manager. I now hear back from the Service Manager (voicemail) however I am on a long business trip and fail to call him back.
Back from my trip and I finally get the opportunity to call the Service Manager back. He doesn't remember the situation, which I understand, so I have to bring him up to speed. I explain that the issue is still happening; its winter now and I need the issue fixed for safety reasons. I also tell him how I'm displeased that I paid for something that didn't work as per their recommendation, when I could have done it at no cost through warranty and fixed the problem. I also mention the lack of trust and confidence I have for the theft of the $15 from my daughter's console and the lack of service.. He offers to look at the vehicle again but is refusing to credit the key reprogramming which didn't work and doesn't even address the missing money from the console. The icing on the cake is that after we are in discussion few a couple of minutes about entire poor and unprofessional experience I had, he hangs up in my face. WOW!!??!!

I've gotten my car serviced at Streetsville Hyundai a couple of times and i can't say enough good things about the customer service I receive there everytime. Not only is everyone very polite they are also very informative on what needs to be done to my car. They give full transparency on the cost and explain in detail what needs to be fixed on my vehicle.
I can't stress this enough that every staff member there is fantastic but I want to point out my service advisor from my last visit Paul who was incredibly informative and helpful. Thank you Paul for making my experience there worth making this very positive review.

Arrived 5 mins prior to apptmnt time. 62 min wait to get in - Disappointed
I thought the reason one made appointments was to be time efficient. Apparently not. My appointment was for 1 pm so I changed my morning work schedule to arrive promptly at 12:55. I sat and looked through the window at my parked car - for 62 minutes before a "technician" drove it into the shop. I'm in the insurance industry and I can tell you that the majority of insurance clients would whine and/or leave if they had an appointment with me and I kept them waiting 62 minutes! Future servicing will be done at a Clearwater Fla dealership while I am down there seasonally. They get me in on time - every time.

Yesterday I had a bug deflector installed on my 2018 Elantra. It looks great! A few days ago I spoke to Sean in parts. He gave me a reflector so I could see how it would look on my car. He also informed me about the 3M film that a body shop could install. With a quote in hand for the bug reflector, I went home and researched both products. I decided to have the reflector installed at Baytown Hyundai.
I want to thank Sean for his help. There was no pressure at all.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Milton Hyundai. I brought my car in for two issues, one of them being a noise in the front end. I was given a call back in good timing with an explanation for both of my complaints, I thought great, my car will be fixed, this is great service. It wasn’t until I picked up my vehicle that I felt something weird on the steering wheel, I thought maybe someone had gotten something on it. No the leather that wraps my steering wheel was all scratched up, to the point where so pieces of leather were coming off! Being that one of the complaints I was in there was related to the steering, I sent a prompt email with photos. After not hearing back from my service advisor (Tom), I decided to call, I was asked by the service manager (Jeff) to come in so he could inspect it. After inspecting it he informed me he would submit it to Hyundai Canada to see if they would approve it under warranty. That’s when I questioned him, why would this be Hyundai Canada’s problem, and not Milton Hyundai’s? As I suspected Hyundai Canada is not willing to replace it under warranty and Milton Hyundai is refusing to take responsibility, they seem to think I made a mistake and damaged the steering wheel myself and perhaps hadn’t noticed it till now... I am extremely disappointed! I understand these things happen to trim panels and various touch areas of the vehicle when being repaired, but I expect them to take responsibility and fix whatever they damage
