I have purchased 4 Hyundai vehicles and this has been my go-to for service. They have really fallen down with their customer service lately. The (lack of) Service Representative was horrible and vengeful. I came in for warranty work, booked an appointment the previous week and made sure that they had the replacement part reserved. Simple job. They were told of my need to have the job done quickly and agreed. It was only after two hours that I wanted an update and they had not even hooked up the scan tool. Then the Service Rep said that I would have to come back another day to have it installed because they did not have the part. We argued back and forth and the part was there as I had told her. Then she said that maybe it could be done later that day or another day because she had messed up. It was so messed up that the owner (Nethercott) was involved and tried to rectify her mistake. She had personally taken our car out of the service bay and parked it outside to prove that she was in control of the situation and to flip me off. We usually use Glen in the service area and he has been decent to deal with, but he was not around. Sorry, but Hyundai makes a good vehicle, and it is also known for recalls and warranty work so service is important. Unfortunately, I think that this will be my last Hyundai.
