This is my second year servicing a 2017 Hyundai Elantra which I bought at this location in great condition and low KMs yet I am paying 1000s of dollars on "maintenance". I recently took our Santa Fe in for a recall and was disappointed in the lack of help in the service booking area. Use to be two people, now one. Shortly after leaving our car for a replacement part/inspection, I receive a call that the car needs new rotors on the back because they are "rusty". Now every rotor rusts on the edges but that does not mean it needs replacing. That was intended to grab money while the car was in their hands. This dealership is hurting and senior sales people have left along with other staff that made this dealership work. I believe something really wrong is going on here and for that reason I am going to drive to London or Stratford for our next purchase/service.

DO NOT GO HERE, this dealership is DANGEROUS, UNSAFE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I went to this location three times in one week at the beginning of July. They ignored my concerns, refused to service my car (which is still under warranty) and asked that I take my dangerous car home. They do not care about your safety, they are comfortable with putting the LIVES OF THEIR CLIENT IN DANGER. I wanted to give them a chance to fix their behaviour and service, so instead of writing a review I answered their survey in detail (July 18, 2020). No one has gotten back to me. They do not care about your safety and they do not care to help you with your concerns. I came in three times, complained to the service manager (Scott Jarvis) who was disgustingly rude to me (both over the phone and in-person) and I further reach back out to the dealership by answering their survey (so they could better understand my concerns and work to improve on their services); however, I was ignored and dismissed yet again. Yesterday 17th of June, I got a call that the hitch I pre-ordered has arrive. Same day an appointment was scheduled at 2:30 pm for it to be installed. I check-in with there service department one hour early. I told the service advisor the purpose of the visit was for the installation of a hitch I have pre-ordered. He acknowledges it saying its in there system. Subsequently, an oil/oil filter change and supplemental canister installation (a voluntary recall thing) was included.
At 4:17 pm I paid my bill for 1. Hitch installation 2. Oil/oil filter change ++
Upon getting to my car - no hitch was installed! I called the attention of the service advisor and all he said was they will bring the car back in for hitch installation - never even explained what happened which I consider rude. The GM offered many excuses which sounded insincere and even offered to detail my car for free which I declined. For me I bring my car to the dealer for servicing with full trust that they will do there utmost best but that trust is broken. The work order is very clear - install trailer hitch. I like Hyundai cars but never again.

The service department is the worse I’ve ever seen. Brand new 2021 Elantra less than 3000km took it in for rattles in the door and back brakes have a clunking noise. They told me they were going to order parts. They called me a couple weeks later saying the parts were there. I went in dropped off the car they called me a couple hours later to say the parts were not there…..
After a few weeks parts arrived, went in they kept the car for a few hours and after I got the car back the noise was exactly the same. They told me to come back on following Monday at 2 PM and leave the car that they would have a loaner for me. Monday come as I’m driving to the dealer I get a call from the service advisor saying that the technician was leaving early and they can’t work on my car. I said ok I’ll just leave the car as long as you need since you are giving me a loaner. The advisor says “oh we don’t have a loaner available” I don’t know when I will have a loaner…..”
So basically I’ve made 3 visits to the dealer and got absolutely nothing done.

Had the worst experience with attrell. I have extended warranty on my car HPP for 7years/160000 which ever comes first. I recently blew up my car speaker on the passenger door, it sounds terrible. so i end up bring the car to attrell and they charge me a inspection labour rate of 122 plus tax for what? why are you charging me an inspection when I told you guys the passenger speaker is broken. So I Basically paid for you just to tell me my speaker is broken and im not covered under warrenty. WHY DID I BRING IT HERE. these guys just want your money. dont even care for your problems, make you wait for 2 hours. Oh and not to forget Danelle from service didnt care to reach out to me and explain to me why its not covered with no detail. I expected alot more from Attrell Hyundai Only reason i came back here was because i got my genesis from here and purchased HPP warranty here. For people buying your new car dont purchase HPP waste of money. I would recommend to service your car at other mechanic shops. Thanks
