When it comes to an honest dealership Smith Falls Hyundai is it. We went to another Hyundai dealership and didn’t get the honesty or respect. We were made to feel very comfortable and important at Smith Fall is it. We went to another Hyundai dealership and didn’t get the honesty or respect. We were made to feel very comfortable and important at Smith Falls Hyundai. We didn’t have to negotiate for the amount on are trade in or the cost of the new vehicle we purchased. We worked with Chyanne Drysdale. She is very personable. You won’t find anyone more knowledgeable about vehicles. She explained everything to us about the inside and outside of the vehicle. We didn’t have to negotiate but she is willing to do whatever she can to make everything work out. On top of Chyanne being so great the rest of the staff were also great. It was the most unstressed car buying experience we ever had. We will definitely going back in the future. More
In buying a new Tucson from this dealership I had two lessons learned. #1 - make sure any discussions made with the sales staff is properly documented in the contract. Do not go by what they say. Lesson 2 - when the general manager (Jason) states that he and his staff are too busy to return calls and emails, try another dealership. Purchased a brand new hyundai Tucson. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. They were told not to wet the car, but they shampooed the carpets and seats and left some of the This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Violated my wish, but then lied about it. We had the car reserved for us, spoke with them got pre approved, etc. then they disappeared and failed to contact u while we waited.. Had to call them to see when the meet was to finalize purchase. Didn't know you were buying he says didn't hear from you. ( except the many emails and the wait for an appointment to finalize as discussed doesn't count). Did they find a better buyer and snub us, and did it fall through?. So, the car was put in for detailing last minute. sloppy job; debris on floor of carpet, marks as mentioned above on seats. I can vacuum that for you in a moment....but they didn't. Wheel locks we were told we had to buy, found in the package in the glove box not installed. Wax spots or other left on front hood ( not visible until we drove it away), showed as smeared dots all over hood. So much for the detailing. New 213.00 mats look used on the bottom. Excuses and essentially bs responses for everything. Prices verbally given were lower than actual price. Low balled us to draw us in to buy from them. We arrived to buy it, thought the finance manager was our salesman as we had no contact with anyone else, but no. We were introduced to our salesman then. Total disorganization to find the car, show it to us before payment ( tried not to), kept us waiting, it just went on. I have never had this experience before- two other hyundai dealerships, great respect and service. These guys did not offer any info on the car, offer a test drive, here's the keys, and lied about the cleaning matter on the seats and carpets. Had to air it out at home for hours. Fingers crossed the new car is not a lemon. they are not a trustworthy bunch. Sold old car, this car on order, went forward as we hope these things just add up to poor service. Also found employees failed to return your call, and the manager was rude when I questioned a cost discrepancy. Cut me off and referred me to someone else, who did not call as promised. never again. worst experience ever. Mostly I do not appreciate being fed strings of garbage . More
