Thursday I attended a conference and my Hyandai broke down. It really caught me off guard as my car is only 2 years old. Being out of town, I was also concerned if they could fix it in time for me to return home. From the moment I entered the door, to the very last minute I was ready to drive away (with a thank you box of smarties on my dash) I was treated like a VIP. Karen made sure I was at ease and assured me everything would be taken care of. The car was ready even earlier than I anticipated. These days when you bring you car in they no loger was it, but here they "gave my car a bath", which was another added touch I did not expect. Although I live in Brampton, I would actually arrange my shopping trips to the outlet in conjunction with service times just to come back!
