Took over 2 1/2 hours for a BOOKED OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT when I was told it would not take long. Would expect 1 hour for an oil change is sufficient. Would not want to find out if I was told a while. They should have a dedicated lift just for booked oil change then they would be able to stay on time

AVOID THIS PLACE. Service manager lied to me about the services that were rendered. She didn't know my dash cam was active and caught everything. My vehicle ended up being extremely unsafe to drive because I had a loose wheel. Luckily, I decided to go to the Canadian Tire down the road immediately, otherwise it wouldn't have been caught. I paid an inspection fee and the mechanic couldn't even tell that I had a loose wheel. And when I called them about it, Amber (the manager) told me that my Jeep was never lifted off the ground. When I told her my dash cam was active and did in fact show that it was lifted, she immediately refunded me. How many other people have they lied to like this? How many other people's money did they wrongfully take? I could have killed someone or been killed myself, but the manager and service advisor tried to lie and gaslight me. I also recorded my conversation with her in which she lies to me several times. Please do yourselves a favour and AVOID GOING HERE. This place is full of snakes who will happily take your money and lie to your face.

May 1,2024 This time (my second time at Brimell) I had an appointment 1:15PM; though, i came early, I was welcomed to drive my car inside; Cat, as usual was very accommodating with a smile; she sent me to Vejay,,, and the process began;while waiting and watching the very educational car care tips,,, a kind and beautiful lady came, introduced herself; her name is Stephany; she was asking if i am okay, happy with the Brimell service staff; and if i am happy with my car; and some fun staff; she asked me who my service advisor, and i said it's Vejay; she said "oh! Vejay is awesome!" and i definitely agreed to her; my car was done (tire swap and oil change and "multi point inspection" done),,, thank you so much to Philip Sojor and Varun Gopinath and SA Vejay Saniasy for the wonderful team work! I am so happy i changed my car service location to yours! and oh! Vejay even made my day! he gave this elderly lady a discount of $30 on my bill! THANK YOU BRIMELL TEAM !!! I shall positively recommend Brimell as whole!

Hi ,worst service what I have experience in my long live , not having understand what service another people mean , telling one doing another. short - car 4 years old ,battery dies when my wife come from store in parking lot and car do not start . Jump battery, start car ,come home ,charge battery, in morning car do not start ,come to willow dealership where leasing this car, ask to check or we cover under warranty for battery -answer was yes , they give as loan car and we left, after 3 hours receive call -car ready-come to pick up they say that we do not drive car enough daily and battery was to low thery just charge same battery and we was ready to go. I really was against this nonsense, did really infinity cars need be driving daily for 2-3 hours that be sure you be able to start next morning, something is really new to me ,and if they said that to me before purchase car I be go to different brand . that what I want to let customers know - Avoid infinity Willowdale because when you get to service car or have some problem do not be surprise to hear that because you drive car just in morning yours alternator is not working right, or some even more stoopid explanations . My best advise - AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP- sorry for over departments, sales people very good , Raimond , Monica , etc but Service Department is _200 or more Minus stars,Just try another dealership ,

EXCEPTIONAL! I was stranded in Newmarket on route up north for the long weekend. My wheel bearing went, and my car was leaking transmission fluid. I walked into Newmarket Nissan, off the street, Friday morning of a long weekend, no prior relationship and was treated like Royalty! My needs were tended to, we had a plan for my car, and I was off within a few hours in a rental arranged by Bree in the service dept. She is an AMAZING, caring and exceptional customer service rep. Her attention to myself and my car were great, she went above and beyond to help me and get me on the road again!! I left in a rental, that Bree arranged and she followed up with me after the long weekend and informed me the update status and repairs on my car. Although disappointed that Nissan Canada did NOT stand up to the Extended Warranty that I purchased a year ago when I bought my NIssan Versa, no fault of Bree who went above and beyond to try and get my repairs under the extended warranty. I would go back to Nissan Newmarket for any new car purchases, but would really consider the price of the Extended warranty and what is actually covers. Thanks again Bree for all the you did for me!
