You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. Jaguar salesmen care only about their commissions. They’ll try to make you buy extra warranty and put pressure on you to buy body and seats warranty. Usually the first service is complimentary, the salesman never mentioned that to me, I learn that from another Jaguar dealership. The service department is unprofessional and don’t respect words.they keep telling me to contact the salesman, and the salesman keep telling me to del with the service department. I am vey disappointed and I will never buy a Jaguar again at Jaguar Toronto

I have bought a very expensive car from this dealership and have had the worst experience as far as dealerships go. The customer service was terrible, including the general manager. I was sold a defective $50 000 car! The paint started to chip, I have pictures/e-mails and yet the issue has still not been resolved. I have filed my complaint on OMVIC nd they have admitted to selling me a repainted car. Wouled not recommend!!!!
