Avoid Coventry North Jaguar Land Rover if you care about getting what you sign for. I put a deposit on a new 2026 Defender 110 and signed a bill of sale prepared by sales rep Gage King that clearly listed 20 inch Gloss Black Style 6011 wheels. I waited almost a month for it. The vehicle arrived on October 9 and sat on their lot for almost two weeks. Nobody called or emailed me to say the wheels didn’t match my contract. I found out on October 22, two days before my scheduled pickup, when I was handed a new bill of sale for a different vehicle with different wheels, different options, a different incentive and different payments. Their proposed fix was to powder coat grey wheels black, which is not the factory black wheel I signed for. When I raised it with sales manager Dirk DeSousa, he did not take ownership of the mistake or offer a real solution. The dealership then admitted in writing that the wheel finish on my signed contract was entered in error and that black wheels were restricted by the factory when the order was placed. That means the spec I signed was never something they could deliver, and nobody checked before putting it in a contract or told me when the car arrived. They refunded my deposit, but that doesn’t give me back a month of waiting and planning around a delivery that was never going to happen as signed. I have filed a complaint with OMVIC.

We had the best customer service with sales rep Michael Faust. Mr. Faust was friendly and took his time to answer all our questions. He went the extra mile with us and and was very patient. Ask for Mr. Faust if you want flawless customer service.

First and only experience with Waterloo Land Rover (have owned 2 prior Land Rovers prior to looking for my third). Was repeatedly lied to by sales person Phil. He tried to sell me a car that wasn't even on site (after confirming it was). Then recommended I test drive a different used car instead ("that it drives exactly the same"). It's a used car - you want to see exactly what your buying. Reached out to the sales manager to discuss what happened. Not empathetic, didn't follow up. Ended up buying from Land Rover Toronto and couldn't have been happier with that experience. Buyer beware - they will provide false information to try to sell you a car. Can't be trusted - look elsewhere!

BE CAREFUL. After my DIscovery was in for service, they charged my credit card $900 for damage to a returned rental they later learned was caused by a previous customer. They were more concerned about their Customer Service Satisfaction Survey score than actual customer service satisfaction. It wasn't really a luxury brand experience.
