I’ll make this short -A year ago I walked into Moncton Chrysler dodge wanting a Cherokee trail hawk . Found one that I liked and proceeded to make a deal - I stated that I would be paying cash - big mistake !! At the time , I didnt see it but I got screwed big time !
So in short - I’d stay away from this dealership on that premise alone ! They sell financing - not cars ! Oh and to the two who sit up on their thrones and make all the decisions over there - you were both rude and unprofessional !

snake oil buyer beware - treated like punk
Bought a new jeep from Dobson last April. Had concerns out the 4 cylinder and high rpms and fuel mileage. Matt said the new engine has great gas mileage and the rpms would not be a concern. After a year and a half the fuel mileage is worse than the 8 cylinder I traded in. The tires wore out at 40000 kilometers and the $36000 vehicle is now only worth $20000 a year and a half later. Sent the sales manager an email, they said they would respond right away, stopped by the dealership, not in, left message for the sales manager and fleet manager to call me and 3 days later still no response from anyone. When I bought this vehicle they were all over me and being nice and kind, now with an issue I can't get any response from them. Buyer beware they talk a great game, but after the sale they treat you like dirt. I would never recommend Dobson to anyone after the way they treated me. All snake oil. Talked to dealership about the tires the parts department and there response was some vehicles only get 20000 kilometers. I thought they were going to be a great dealership to deal with, but with my experience this year with Dobson all I can say is buyer beware.

I really enjoyed my interaction with the dealer here. Especially the car sales dealer Stewart Good. He does not pressure you in any way and gives you the time to make your decision. We have all dealt with pushy sales people and you know who you are. I have had a recent experience with a dealer in Nova Scotia and It is a real turn off. It was almost borderline harassment. So all you dealers out there take note.
I would work with Stewart again, he is a reputable person and knows how to treat and respect a person.
very ignorant service department - yellow jeep man
Last week our new Vehicle was towed to this dealer with a flat tire which was covered under our tire warranty . the service department told us that because we didn't' purchase our vehicle there we would have to leave it there and they would fix it if they had time when asked for a ride to work we were told "we are too busy walk or call a cab" it was about a mile . the next day we went to get our vehicle they had put on our spare tire did not fix our damaged tire we had to demand our tire and rim to be returned ... NEVER AGAIN will we darken the door of this dealer ..
