I went for my first service at this dealer, just for an oil change and tire rotation. They offered up 9AM and said it would take an hour. I brought the truck in, and called them to check on progress at 10am, 10:30am, and again at 11am and the truck was still waiting in the parking lot with nothing started. I needed to leave by 12, so I had to drive in and pick up the vehicle and didn't get the work completed.
Why do car dealers make appointments at specific times if they know they can't meet these times? If you need the car all day, you have to tell your customers that in advance. Giving customers a specific appointment time and then slipping by 2+ hours is not acceptable in any industry. Very poor service.
When I picked it up, I received no apology or acknowledgment for their delay... they just handed me the keys. They didn't even ask if I wanted to rebook another time.
