I’ll make this short -A year ago I walked into Moncton... - Leafs1971
I’ll make this short -A year ago I walked into Moncton Chrysler dodge wanting a Cherokee trail hawk . Found one that I liked and proceeded to make a deal - I stated that I would be paying cash - big mistake !! At the time , I didnt see it but I got screwed big time !
So in short - I’d stay away from this dealership on that premise alone ! They sell financing - not cars ! Oh and to the two who sit up on their thrones and make all the decisions over there - you were both rude and unprofessional !
great bunch of guys - evan

Tried to rip off my wife!! - Wont be back
Had our 2013 jeep wrangler in for a clock spring replacement under recall...took them months to get the part and did not show up when told but a few weeks later...also reported a strange sound we had not heard before...long story short they said the fan was coming on because there were two holes in our rad up on the top of the rad. They wanted 800 plus for a new rad...I had checked the fluids the evening before and all fluids were all good... we refused there service and said we would get a second opinion...with in a half hour we were at jp auto in oromocto ... they did the diagnostics and said they couldn't get a pressure reading changed the rad cap and checked it again and it was all good and they couldn't see the leaks at all...but funny we were a liter and a half down in the antifreeze...these people are crooks stay away from this place...we were told we could bring the jeep back in and they would show us...I am sure they would find leaks once they were done....you have lost one sale over this and am sure u will lose more good job fairview!!! And as far as tour mechanics go I dont think they are fit to work on a tricycle let alone a automobile.... will never be back!!
snake oil buyer beware - treated like punk
Bought a new jeep from Dobson last April. Had concerns out the 4 cylinder and high rpms and fuel mileage. Matt said the new engine has great gas mileage and the rpms would not be a concern. After a year and a half the fuel mileage is worse than the 8 cylinder I traded in. The tires wore out at 40000 kilometers and the $36000 vehicle is now only worth $20000 a year and a half later. Sent the sales manager an email, they said they would respond right away, stopped by the dealership, not in, left message for the sales manager and fleet manager to call me and 3 days later still no response from anyone. When I bought this vehicle they were all over me and being nice and kind, now with an issue I can't get any response from them. Buyer beware they talk a great game, but after the sale they treat you like dirt. I would never recommend Dobson to anyone after the way they treated me. All snake oil. Talked to dealership about the tires the parts department and there response was some vehicles only get 20000 kilometers. I thought they were going to be a great dealership to deal with, but with my experience this year with Dobson all I can say is buyer beware.
I wanted to look at a vehicle with my wife and was just... - Naruto Uzumaki
I wanted to look at a vehicle with my wife and was just overwhelmed with service I would not recommend anyone else have. It was constantly upping the vehicle, the price, the extras etc without really listening to the customer. We were in the dealership for about 5 hours with the non stop sales; we were told we had to sign things to get things looked at which included vehicle registration so they could value our vehicle. Later we found out we bought the vehicle and we called Matt who works at the front desk area to return the vehicle as we only wanted to look and not buy yet, he told us it's my choice and I'm not taking the f-kin truck back... seem like an attitude of someone who has been in prison, whether he has or not I don't know. This dealership is extremely poorly run and has bad management, the only good person working there is Monica I believe her name was. If you look at this, save yourself some pain and go to Moncton Chrysler Superstore.
Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk - Janbean
I really enjoyed my interaction with the dealer here. Especially the car sales dealer Stewart Good. He does not pressure you in any way and gives you the time to make your decision. We have all dealt with pushy sales people and you know who you are. I have had a recent experience with a dealer in Nova Scotia and It is a real turn off. It was almost borderline harassment. So all you dealers out there take note.
I would work with Stewart again, he is a reputable person and knows how to treat and respect a person.
very ignorant service department - yellow jeep man
Last week our new Vehicle was towed to this dealer with a flat tire which was covered under our tire warranty . the service department told us that because we didn't' purchase our vehicle there we would have to leave it there and they would fix it if they had time when asked for a ride to work we were told "we are too busy walk or call a cab" it was about a mile . the next day we went to get our vehicle they had put on our spare tire did not fix our damaged tire we had to demand our tire and rim to be returned ... NEVER AGAIN will we darken the door of this dealer ..
