We traveled from Cornwall ON to Saint John NB to purchase our 2016 Jeep Wrangler after being very disappointed with the selection in our local area. Dobson's special order our vehicle and we were thrilled to bring it back home with us. Unfortunately, we had a small paint problem with our front fender and they helped us get in fixed at a shop in Cornwall as the local jeep dealer told us to take it back to NB. I am sorry to say the problem returned after a few months, but here is where the story gets better. We stopped into Dobson's while in NB on a family matter. They had zero notice that we were coming,but they gave us a new vehicle and had our Jeep repaired at their location while we were home. Anyone can sell a customer a new vehicle, but it is the service after the sale that makes a customer for life. Thanks to Erin McQuade and John Burchill for all of your help; we will see you for our next new vehicle purchase!

Last week our new Vehicle was towed to this dealer with a flat tire which was covered under our tire warranty . the service department told us that because we didn't' purchase our vehicle there we would have to leave it there and they would fix it if they had time when asked for a ride to work we were told "we are too busy walk or call a cab" it was about a mile . the next day we went to get our vehicle they had put on our spare tire did not fix our damaged tire we had to demand our tire and rim to be returned ... NEVER AGAIN will we darken the door of this dealer ..

I'm sure it's not the service center..they are just doing their job! There is alot of talk here in this city about the used car sales manager (Demere) and one of his colleagues (Michael Keddy) My dealings with these two was humiliating and disgusting! Wanting the vehicle of my dreams and leaving me feeling sick after coming across a spill of some sort on the back seat drivers side floor after papers were signed and home in my garage. This had been looked at by the service center and was told that this could not be cleaned and that it may cost $5000.00 to replace the carpet. It was said to me that quote: how would they know that I didnt do this and left it at that!! I'm still today waiting for my second key..three mths later

I really enjoyed my interaction with the dealer here. Especially the car sales dealer Stewart Good. He does not pressure you in any way and gives you the time to make your decision. We have all dealt with pushy sales people and you know who you are. I have had a recent experience with a dealer in Nova Scotia and It is a real turn off. It was almost borderline harassment. So all you dealers out there take note.
I would work with Stewart again, he is a reputable person and knows how to treat and respect a person.
