After buying a Nissan brand new we have had nothing but problems with warranty work having to be redone 4-5x because the techs werent installing the replacement part correctly then notice that after just over 3 years of purchase that the car is starting to rust in many spots. When brought to attention of the dealership Rob agreed that this isn't right and should be corrected as well as the rep who take my call agreed but yet it was denied by Nissan Canada to have fixed as it was no longer under the 3 yr comprehensive warranty. But warranty aside should a brand new car thats in excellent-mint condition all around with only 60k is rusting in so many areas. You would think that Nissan would not want that image for their brand and especially the frontline company that represents Nissan could of bit the bullet and had it fixed to keep the customer happy and a return business opportunity instead of telling the customer that to bad so sad. Very unprofessional and poor service unless this is rectified we will never spend another penny with Nissan. What horrible business practice and service you get when have a problem compared to the promises and service you get when buying the car is totally different.

Dealing with the Crown Nissan team was a truly positive experience. Within the same day (and a busy Saturday I will add), I walked in, test drove/purchased/insured my new Nissan Kicks. Aoun's friendliness and knowledge of the vehicle, the sales manager's (his name is currently escaping me) ability and generosity of sealing the deal and Fuad's efficiency of processing the financing made purchasing a car a breeze and truly demonstrates a team effort. The Nissan Kicks is a sweet ride (smooth start, quick acceleration, ample safety features... looks like a compact car on the outside but feels like a SUV on the inside with a spacious front, middle row and cargo space)! I was easily sold on my new Nissan Kicks and sold on Crown Nissan!
