I don’t think I’ve ever seen such poor customer service at any dealership. There are two employees that are extremely condescending and arrogant with customers and need a refresher course in customer servi at any dealership. There are two employees that are extremely condescending and arrogant with customers and need a refresher course in customer service. I work at a heavy truck dealership with mechanics, truck drivers and company owners every day, and would never treat them the way Vickar Nissan employees do. I think this dealership needs to be reminded that without the customer, you don’t need to be there. Just as an FYI, I’m not the only person that feels this way. I am aware of other people that will go out of their way to go elsewhere. More
