Never go to this dealership, they are more then willing... - mike
Never go to this dealership, they are more then willing to rip you off and I have proof. they were going to charge me $2000 for a rain sensing module and programming and if it didn't fix the issue I would have to eat the cost. There mechanic's need some serious training, all it was is a setting in my cluster. I originally went in there for a warranty exhaust issue, they updated my computers and erased my tuner I had installed and the list goes on....

We had our Radiator go on us, while we were on a trip to Brandon. John Pike a salesman at Brandon Dodge helped us from start to finish, he treated my whole family from mother in law, wife , daughter and myself with nothing but respect. Never once did anyone of us feel pressured in any way, through the whole process. We live in Brooks Alberta, and we will not have any problems to travel back to Brandon Dodge in Brandon Manitoba to deal with John Pike again. 10/10 in our books.

Was going to trade my 2017 Nissan Rogue for a 2015 Jeep... - dee_f_ul
Was going to trade my 2017 Nissan Rogue for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee North. The Cherokee was worth far less than my vehicle which I knew. They offered me 9k for my rogue!! The price on the Cherokee was 15k. So now I'm not interested but I wanted to see how far they would go to try and rip me off. At the end of it all I was offered financing at 150 more then my Rogue payments were. They wanted 470 a month for 72 months, plus 1200 bucks. I told Len I'm not paying 35k for a 2015 Cherokee and he actually sang an off key "But it's a Jeep"!! Yup and I'm not stupid. Blocked his number and will never ever buy a dodge jeep or chrysler! Unless your wiping your butt with extra money don't go there!
A friend bought a 5.7 L Hemi crate engine from Murray... - 4speed
A friend bought a 5.7 L Hemi crate engine from Murray Jeep Dodge Chrysler on. Pembina Hwy. He had it installed by a licensed mechanic elsewhere. The mechanic did everything right from startup and 3 oil changes before the 1500 kms were up ( break in period ) .At about 1400 kms the new motor developmented a noisy rocker on the passenger side. So he took the car back into the mechanic who installed it and because of the 3Year warranty ( on the new crate motor ) he took the car to Murray where the motor was purchased from and had the professionally trained mechanics look at it for the warranty. The car was running when it got there . The shop mechanic did a compression test on the New motor and found NO COMPRESSION in number 8 cylinder , so like a well trained mechanic he pulled the heads off to find that the piston was damaged and all kinds of debris inside the intake manifold. Not knowing where these came from because they didn't look like they even came from the motor , so he sent his findings to Chrysler with pictures of what he saw / found . When I questioned the said mechanic nothing else was disassembled on the motor and claimed that the installer was at fault for not changing the manifold because of the debris inside the plenum. Well in my opinion that mechanic didn't do his do dillagince and keep on dissembling the motor to find out where that debris came from . The lifters were still in place and the heads weren't even taken apart . But then as a FACTORY trained mechanic that's all I have to do based on what I saw . So Chrysler Voided my friends warranty based on the Factory trained mechanics findings.
I went with the said mechanic to his bench to see the tiny parts coming out of the intake ports and looking at them trying to figure out where pieces like this would come from when the car was running when it got there . He claims that the intake wasn't replaced because of the debris in it from the old engine, but guess what , the old engine didn't "blow up"
it just over heated so there was no debris/little pieces in the old manifold , thats why he cleaned it up and installed it on the new motor . And who changes a intake because it's used? No one I know ( if it's not damaged in anyway ). So my friend got SCREWED BY MURRAY because of the mechanics poor judgement on his findings. So, 8000.00 dollars later my friend is still without a new engine in his car and it's not running because the intake wasn't changed .
If the said mechanic Would have maybe disassembled the heads and maybe saw that maybe a valve seat or 2 were missing because the seat made out of cast steel and the aluminum head have different heat ranges and that maybe the seats dislodged out of the heads and got sucked into the I take ( because it was running ) , the mechanic would have seen this and told Chrysler a different story , my friend Would maybe driving his car now because Murray would have told them to warranty the motor because of manufacturing defaults in the heads and not because the first mechanic didn't change the manifold.
It just goes to show you how well Murray treats its customers and the quality of workmanship that they do at Murray ,Jeep Dodge Chrysler on Pembina Hwy!
I myself wouldn't recommend taking my vehicle there for any kind of service if that's the kind of trained professionalism that there . Not putting down the oil change guy , but I wouldn't even go their to get that done ! You might develop a knock and find out you need a new motor and guess what.....Your screwed !!
Thankyou for not servicing your vehicle at Murray Jeep Dodge Chrysler on Pembina Hwy.
Please save yourselves the time. I drove 1.5 hours to see... - Mark teravin
Please save yourselves the time. I drove 1.5 hours to see this dealership to get a trade in appraisal done on my truck. Once every thing was submitted they told me to wait 3 days until they could put an offer down on my truck. They didn't call me for 5 days. I reached out to my salesperson and he said management would call me back that day. No contact for another 3 days. Tried again and the receptionist hung up on me. Truck was sold by then.

Need i say more? There sales department here im pretty sure are from the mafia as they can hustle and hustle.
Now the service department is well HORRIBLE.Make sure you get estimate in writing and signed and hae a witness sign and who ever else because they will rip you a new one. They will charge you for stuff you dont need, they will do repairs with out consent and they wont repair stuff under warranty and ever say they did.
Worst dealership i ever had to deal with - pavzyuk
Worst dealership i had ever had to work with. Service department pads time and $$ on parts. I inquired if a problem would be covered by warranty and received Yes. I set an appointment and took time off work brought the the truck in, asked again if this was covered by warranty and was told yes agian. Just to go home and get a call in 30 min that it is not covered and i would have to pay. Probably hoping that i would agree to pay. A different dealership has taken care of the same problem for me for free. Talked to mangers and didnt no even hear attempt to apologize but some sorry excuses. This dealership is a highway robber praying on unsuspected. I would not go back even if this would be the last car dealer on Earth.
Highly recommend - James
I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from these guys and I dealt with Kerwin in sales and Warren in finance. Great guys, very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be going back when it's time for an upgrade
Still Waiting - dwstwrt
Went to dealership in January to enquire about 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, they did not have stock which was understood due to delay in factory release. We were told that we would get a call as soon as they had something comparable to what we wanted in stock, subsequently stopped at dealer three times and were promised the "call". Three months later went to Winnipeg dealer and placed order, I guess Portage dealership has already got to many customers, now five months and still waiting for phone to ring. Hope it does ring one day so I can tell them I will call them back!
We purchased a 24' Wilderness Camper from this... - stinger91
We purchased a 24' Wilderness Camper from this dealership in 2008. We have had numerous problems since then that required contacting the Service/Parts Dept. The assistance we received was deplorable and we would call it the non-existent service, once you have bought the item, you can expect no service at all. From the start, here is a brief description of our problems with this camper: handle missing for antenna, T.V., radio, remote, etc. never worked properly from the start, leaking and eventually replaced skylight over shower. All these items were not covered under warranty and we paid for them. On our first long trip we had numerous repetitive problems with the tires that we also had to eventually replace upon return at a substantial cost of $448.00. Any attempt to obtain information about the so-called "tire warranty" was a complete exercise in futility, both with the dealership and with the company in the U.S. which supposedly was the manufacturer of these tires. They had never heard of the tires or anything else connected with them being on the camper we purchased. We firmly believe that the dealership replaced whatever tires this camper came with originally, along with other parts and pieces, with cheap junk!! Our latest experience was this past week upon returning from a trip west. We came home with a broken spring - and have been trying to find a replacement. Went to a machine shop, phoned 2 parts stores here in town, as well as the dealership in Swan River. Received two negative responses and one parts store here thinks they have found the right one and ordered it for us. As for the dealership where we purchased the camper, we are still awaiting an answer from the Service/Parts Dept. from an Aug. 15 phone call. They seemed very confused as to what the part was for and why we were calling them!!!!!!! We definitely would not buy another thing from this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone.
