I have never been so satisfied with a dealership experience then I was when I bought my new Jeep Cherokee 2026. From the moment I walked in until I drove away with my new vehicle, the experience was experience then I was when I bought my new Jeep Cherokee 2026. From the moment I walked in until I drove away with my new vehicle, the experience was above excellent. If there was more then 5 stars that would be my rating. When I arrived the sales person Ryan Comeau was there to open the door and welcome me. My first impression was very friendly and not that judgee feeling of being looked at like a dollar bill or a waste of time! Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both sales mangers were very welcoming and seemed to just fit in (like a group of friends just hanging out)!!! I said I had to leave, still all good! Wised well and they said hope to hear from you soon. Turns out my wife was ready to test drive it. I can't overstate the importance of the next bit of the story: I had to be at home with the dogs so my wife was alone at the dealership (I know some of you know exactly what I am saying) and......treated excellently by everyone and she even ground out a better deal....Enter Ian Koslowsky the financial manager (I know you know this feeling) but turns out a true professional!! We have never had such a great experience with the financial manager....almost forgot I was buying a car!!! The whole experiance was so calm and comfortable I actually forgot I was in a dealership!!! The car since purchase has exceeded all expectations and Ryan continues to be helpful!!! This is my first dealership review: (I feel like some of you might understand this) but I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!! Thank you so much Selkirk Jeep!!!! More

Hey was a good experience for my first time at this dealership. I Bought a used vehicle that I found on Facebook marketplace. Brooke was quick to respond and honest up front. helpful with making sure r dealership. I Bought a used vehicle that I found on Facebook marketplace. Long story short there is no communication from service department at all service manager has a poor attitude, service advisers don’t care, General Manager has no responsibility or accountability!resulting department at all service manager has a poor attitude, service advisers don’t care, General Manager has no responsibility or accountability!resulting in added costs we did not need to endure but because of their failure to do their jobs and follow up or follow through us the customers can pay and they told us straight it’s not their problem! Best part is they state in an email all parts were in now bring the vehicle in then I found out 5 days later the parts are on back order.its taken from August 2024 to get this resolved And as of January 25 2025 has still not been resolved but they finally did fix my MPI claim. ******CARS DON’T COST LESS IN SELKIRK******* Stay in the city same price and better service! I have never been treated like I was here with such disrespect! I can honestly say I will never step foot at Selkirk Dodge again!! More
I wasn’t sure where to begin. After experiencing major issues with my vehicle and having another dealer drop the ball, Selkirk Service (5 stars) truly stood out. I explained the p After experiencing major issues with my vehicle and having another dealer drop the ball, Selkirk Service (5 stars) truly stood out. I explained the problems I was facing, including an oil leak that I had yet to track down. Service Advisor Riley was fantastic to deal with—he genuinely understands customer service. Mike, the mechanic, is extremely knowledgeable and carefully inspected the truck. He identified issues caused by the poor work done by the other dealer and quickly found the source of the oil leak. The necessary parts were ordered, and Mike had the truck repaired in a timely manner. Riley ensured I was well taken care of and even contacted FCA on my behalf to have a botched repair reviewed by the warranty department. I have nothing but praise for this team. As for the sales experience, my first interaction was with Bob while exploring the option of trading in my vehicle. He was aware of the situation with my truck and understood that I might not go through with a trade once it was fixed. Bob was great to work with. However, while he was on vacation, I was directed to William and Brady, which was a different experience. William didn’t seem knowledgeable about the trucks, and Brady, who was new to the company, was overly aggressive. Brady used high-pressure sales tactics, which I found frustrating. I understand the need to close a sale, but receiving five phone calls in a day while I was at work, ignoring my clear “No,” and then bothering the service department was unprofessional. I never received an email or phone call for a survey, so this review is delayed. More
