"Poor communication or lack of care"
I had brought my 2015 vehicle in for numerous recalls and warranty repairs/replacements. All finished satisfactory.
I began receiving marketing calls 6 months ago.
I spent the time and effort to let them know each time that I was terminally ill and would not be a returning customer.
After the 5th or 6th call from cold callers and 2 personal voicemails from Daniel Adelman, I again contacted the dealership, spoke with reception and was again assured, along with apologies I wouldn’t be bothered again.
Well here we go again.... another voicemail from the sales manager Daniel Adelman sounding like a snake oil salesman with his “check your mail, we may have what you’re looking for”!
Please stop. Waverley, get your act together. Hate to slander anyone but this is brutal AND it’s on you.
