We (my wife and I) were starting a preliminary search for a good used vehicle. To be honest I didn't think I'd find one. This was the third car we looked at and were a little unsure about how we would be treated it being a BMW dealership and all. A Fell named Zack came out and showed us everything we could possibly want to see on this car. Zack's wheel house is BMW's and Mini's I was thinking. It turns out he was knowledgable on the car we were looking at too. One the one question he didn't know absolutely he checked. After a really nice test drive with the poor guy (Zack) being stuffed in a rear seat that might be considered roomy for a Pomeranian, we chatted a bit on pricing and such. Peter came over and chatted with us a bit too. No pressure or anything. There were some valid facts they showed us that matched our previous research. Within a day we decided to buy it. There is another Zack (Business/finance) that helped us make an informed choice on coverage etc.. I have put a tank of gas through it already, all on excellent roads with a combination of surfaces, kinks and hills.
I really like this car and rank it higher than I thought I would.
This was much more than buying a car, this was an elevated car buying experience!

I bought a 2011 X3 in 2012 from park shore bmw. I have done all my services and (costly) repairs there. I have had no accidents. Today they offered me $1000 in trade in. Even the parts are worth more than that Apparently they see no value in their cars or loyalty of their customers.

My wife wanted to upgrade her beloved 2015 BMW 435i convertible to a sporty SUV and Kelowna BMW agreed a good price for her trade in. Lawrence Woodmore arranged for her to test drive a 2019 X4 M40i, a 2020 330i and a 2020 X4 M40i. This enabled her to determine that the 2020 X4 M40i was definitely the car for her, but it had to be the right colour. Phytonic blue looked the most desirable but they did not have one in stock. Lawrence and his sales manager scoured Western Canada for the perfect fit with all the right options and found one in Calgary. Two weeks later we took possession of the brand new X4 we wanted with just 10 kms on the clock. Full marks to Kelowna BMW.

I purchased a 2016 BMW X3 about two weeks ago, from Auto West BMW. The salesman with whom I dealt was Andrew Lau, and I found him to be professional and efficient in our dealings. I was pleased with the ease with which our deal came together, but I'm also aware that this might have come at a time when all car dealers are struggling. After I was offered a price for my trade-in that I thought was on the low side, I decided to try to sell it privately and listed it on Auto Trader. That turned out to be unnecessary, though, as the following day Andrew reached out to me by e-mail. He said that the dealership was flexible on prices and invited me to make any offer. We quickly (within about 90 minutes) came to terms, no haggling, BS, or arm-twisting. The delivery process took a bit long, as the dealership has reduced its staff during the virus panic, but the vehicle was prepped beautifully and Andrew did a great job of introducing me to its features.
I never dealt with, or even met, a sales manager, only one of the Finance guys. He did his best to sell the expected add-ons, but was always professional even when I eventually turned them all down.
I'd recommend Auto West BMW, certainly at the moment. There may never be a better time in terms of motivated dealers to make a vehicle purchase.

Very bad experience with the reception .
I was there on Saturday morning to pick up my car which was dropped off over there on Friday night, unfortunately the receptionist didn’t listen to me carefully and I had to wait for one of the financial managers to get help for one hour. When the guy asked the receptionist about the key ,she didn’t bother herself even to look at her desk. Then the manager could find my key In 2 seconds looking at her desk himself!!!
Hope she was responsible enough not to waste my time .
Few of guys in this branch know what they are doing, and they are responsible and knowledgeable and helpful, but generally they try to sell their services then they transfer you to the main office if there is any problem.
I think there is something wrong with the system of sale .
