We (my wife and I) were starting a preliminary search for a good used vehicle. To be honest I didn't think I'd find one. This was the third car we looked at and were a little unsure about how we would be treated it being a BMW dealership and all. A Fell named Zack came out and showed us everything we could possibly want to see on this car. Zack's wheel house is BMW's and Mini's I was thinking. It turns out he was knowledgable on the car we were looking at too. One the one question he didn't know absolutely he checked. After a really nice test drive with the poor guy (Zack) being stuffed in a rear seat that might be considered roomy for a Pomeranian, we chatted a bit on pricing and such. Peter came over and chatted with us a bit too. No pressure or anything. There were some valid facts they showed us that matched our previous research. Within a day we decided to buy it. There is another Zack (Business/finance) that helped us make an informed choice on coverage etc.. I have put a tank of gas through it already, all on excellent roads with a combination of surfaces, kinks and hills.
I really like this car and rank it higher than I thought I would.
This was much more than buying a car, this was an elevated car buying experience!

RECENTLY BOUGHT A USED 6 series CAR FROM THEM. LEARNT A BIG LESSON WHICH IS WHY I AM SHARING IT HERE.
CHECK CHECK & CHECK THE USED CAR THOROUGHLY THAT YOU INTEND TO BUY. STATE DOWN ALL SCRATCHES, DENTS, ETC ON THE SALES ORDER/OFFER. IF YOU MISSED ANY DEFECTS AND DIDNT STATE ON THE SALES ORDER, ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THAT “OH, YOU MISSED OUT THIS SCRATCH ETC”. THEY WILL NOT FIX THOSE DEFECTS THAT YOU MISSED AND NOTICED LATER. So, CHECK THE CAR VERY THOROUGHLY!!!
Poor quality work - Never Again
Have had several dealings with this place and am now convinced we need to go elsewhere for service. They don't care about their customers, Not up to BMW standards. Based on this, I'd never buy from them.

Worst Class Dealership - zero star if allowed - Amila
I am not trying to turn this into a public manner, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this “Ultimate” BMW dealership. I have been their loyal customer for almost 4 years. I go back to do service and maintenance every year and being satisfied until the most recent visit. (I mean their customer service is world class and they have a nice lounge for you to get your job done while away from the office) I check the report every time after they did a “World Class” inspection and see any caution I need to be aware of. I compared to my last report they provided to me, and see the brake lining thickness has been increased while I haven’t got my brake pad changed since day one I got my car. I purposely raise up this issue before the service to the Service Advisor – Hossein. He told me he will take care of that. After waiting for three hours and he told me my brake pad is normal and nothing to be worried. I am happy, of course! Here the problem comes, by comparing to the last year report, the brake lining increase 2mm. I went back to the dealership another day, their Assistant Service Manager, Alex offered me help. After telling him my concern, his replied is” it is not accurate as it is only an estimation by human eye, and it is acceptable when this is a courtesy service.”
If you just consider that as a courtesy service, why border provide a “World Class” inspection to the customer? Why border even print out a report to your customer? They obviously don’t care the after-sales service. It is also UNBELIEVABLE that I would receive this kind of answer without even showing a little concern from a manager of them. They could be the best on selling cars, as they only concern how to get the car key into your pocket. But for sure not the best dealership and not providing “First Class” service which mentioned on their website!
Great customer service from Aaron! - Jeffs
Aaron always goes to extra lengths to ensure my customer needs are met. Today he assessed some front end side-swiping damage from a car that hit me. He then got some cleaning agents and cloth and starting cleaning the black marring on the finish, despite being dressed in a suit! He let me take over the cleaning ( at my request) but waited till I finished. If that wasn’t enough, he then offered to go get some touch up paint for the scratches that went below the surface, and proceeded to apply the paint. When he was finished, he gave me the touch up paint to keep!!
All if this was done free of charge!!
