I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at BMW Kelowna. Despite Scott agreeing to a specific service, it was not honored. This was particularly frustrating given the ongoing sub-par experiences I’ve had with the service program I was sold on. After years of hoping for improvement, it seems clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Given this, I’ll be avoiding future purchases or services from your dealership and will ensure that others are aware of my experience by sharing it publicly. I genuinely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements for the sake of future customers.
