I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BMW Kelowna and the quality of the OEM tires supplied on my 2023 BMW X3 lease vehicle. At only 21,000 km, the factory-installed run-flat tires required replacement due to excessive wear. For a premium luxury vehicle brand like BMW, this is completely unacceptable. When customers choose BMW, they expect high-quality engineering, reliability, and premium components. Tires are one of the most important safety-related components on a vehicle, and OEM tires on a luxury SUV should reasonably last far longer than 21,000 km under normal driving conditions. Instead, I was left facing an expensive and premature tire replacement bill far earlier than any consumer should reasonably expect. What made the experience worse was the response from the dealership and BMW Canada. Rather than acknowledging the issue or standing behind the OEM products supplied with the vehicle, responsibility was largely pushed back onto the customer. There was little accountability, no meaningful goodwill support, and no indication that they viewed the premature tire wear as concerning. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in both BMW Kelowna and the BMW brand overall. A luxury vehicle ownership experience should include quality products and customer support that reflects the premium price customers pay. Unfortunately, this situation felt more like dealing with a company trying to avoid responsibility than one focused on customer satisfaction. I would strongly encourage prospective BMW customers to carefully research the OEM tire packages being installed on these vehicles and ask detailed questions about expected tire lifespan and replacement costs before signing a lease or purchase agreement. Very disappointing experience overall. More
The experience started out pretty good, but my sales rep named Dyllon and his management team concealed certain information not providing a list of photographs or video before sending the nearly brand new c named Dyllon and his management team concealed certain information not providing a list of photographs or video before sending the nearly brand new car till the deal was finished did not provide ample photographs of the vehicle that was purchased mobile to another province, then received the car with a bulge tire and scratched rims after being a “BMW certified vehicle” and they basically provided no support or proof that the vehicle was in good condition before shipping it and basically told me I was on my own. They made no effort to prove that the car was in proper condition before shipping it. I would suggest to use caution when dealing with these folks as they wete not transparent or totally upfront. Falsifying a vehicle safety, andVery shady business practises. And they now will not return my messages. More
