I submitted a quote request for a set of winter tires over a month ago and still haven’t received any response or confirmation. I’ve called, emailed, and chatted with their online service multiple times, yet no one has been able to provide even a basic update.
Last Friday, I was finally contacted by a sales manager named Richard, who mentioned what’s shown in the attached text message. There was indeed a call from Northwest Acura that afternoon — but before I could even answer, the call was disconnected, and no one bothered to leave a voicemail or follow up since then.
Frankly, this level of service is beyond disappointing. My family has been loyal customers of Northwest Acura for over fifteen years and have purchased no fewer than four MDXs from this dealership. It’s hard to believe that long-time customers can now be treated this way.
I’m not just disappointed — I’m angry. This experience has completely changed my perception of your dealership, and I will not be doing business with Northwest Acura again.
