The service at this location is a fail. After today's fiasco, this is putting it mildly. A very disappointing experience (especially after giving these guys a second chance) that left my family with its time wasted and out of pocket money due to having to figure out alternative arrangements. No willingness to engage in any way that resembled a customer service orientated shop from management. Recommend avoiding the hassle and risk by trying SilverHill.

He had me send him some pictures and before I knew it, Marty had booked me in to get the rust fixed and set me up with a loaner vehicle as well. I had a jeep catch fire while driving on whitemud dr. I called 911 my insurance company and GoAuto clearance centre. My insurance company dragged its feet. GoAuto through sales agents Nima and Kaitlan had me in a loaner in no time found me an excellent truck 4 door 4x4 in recird time and dealt with the insurance company. I highly recommend GoAuto and Nima or Kaitlan for a professional and enjoyable experience.
