My Fourth Escape! I was looking to replace my 2014 Escape and had thought about some other vehicles but always came back to my Escape. I had contacted other dealerships but was not pleased with the pushiness and difficult interactions I had with them. Jamie was easy to deal with. We exchanged a few emails, he knew what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. I didn't live in Spruce Grove, so I was trying to avoid driving in and doing the back and forth over pricing. We agreed on a price over emails and I went in and closed the deal. I drove home my new Escape that evening. I was very impressed with Jamie's easy going manner and willingness to answer my questions (and there were lots of them). Replaced our 10 year old Ford with another! I went to Zender because of the trust developed through my maintenance service with them. Two weeks ago today I met Jamie Brandt. I advised Jamie of what I was looking for and the net price I was wanting to pay with trade-in of my 2013 vehicle. Jamie took notes and sent an email to confirm his understanding of my requirements. Very professional. I had looked on the Internet (Car Guru) to get an idea of prices but did not want the bother of running around from dealer to dealer. I wanted someone I could trust to get me good value. Jamie texted and called only a few times regarding possible leads. He knew what I wanted and didn't waste my time. When he called last Wednesday with a deal that sounded terrific, I went directly to Zender, test-drove the car and signed the papers. Simple.
